This is one place that I highly recommended for Car Rental as there cars are immaculate and brand-new And the staff was very accommodating and Andree from Waikiki was absolutely awesome to deal with. He honestly could not do enough for us and has the most wonderful smile and great customer service skills! Andree is an asset to your company HIGHLY RECOMMEND PLACE

We rented a car for two days and I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. The car was more or less brand new. Andree checked us in and was very helpful. Really polite and made us feel like we had made the right choice with choosing SIXT. Would recommend to anyone.

When arriving at this location I actually didn’t know where it was located. But after finding the location I was greeted by a very professional customer specialist named Alexa. Alexa was very friendly and informative about my rental and meet all my needs. Alexa was not pushy about selling me any insurance or extra policy’s. Alexa customer service goes above and beyond and I hope she gets the recognized for all her hard work. Thank you again Alexa for all your help.

Alexa was wonderful and even gave us a free upgrade. Provided us some tips on where to go on the island and was extremely kind. Pick up process seems straightforward. Only downside so far was that there was no signage to direct us towards SIXT.

Alexa provided excellent experience checking out my rental. Very informative on options available, process for returning the car letting me know to do a visual check of the car before and after drop off.

I rented a car in Honolulu. We had a problem with the wiper fluid leaking out. I called SIXT in Waikiki. Agents Unique and Alexa were fantastic. Unique went over and above to find a solution to our dilemma. Today a new car was swapped out and delivered to our hotel. This is the first time I have used SIXT and it will not be the last. I highly recommend this company.

I rented six cars through this branch over two weeks. The service from Andrei, Alexa and Joel was excellent each time, and they were always happy to help with tips on where to travel.

Pickup & drop-off was always easy through the hotel valet. A big plus is the after-hours return, which hardly any companies in Waikiki offer and can save a bunch in overnight parking fees. The cars were all recent models and very clean, and we were upgraded each time (I’ve just about test driven every BMW SUV now).

I would say if you are also renting a carseat to remind the staff as you’re getting the keys- a few times this was forgotten, and it takes a while for one to be brought down to the valet. Despite this, I’ve rented through a few other branches in Honolulu before, and Sixt stood out as the best rental agency in Waikiki for service, value and efficiency.

Great service. Car was exactly as described and the process was smooth. I had to return after office hours but there were no issues with this. It was simply an arrangement of just returning the keys to the valet at the hotel and they took care of the rest. Highly recommended.

I had made a mistake on my reservation, but Riley got me sorted and on my way quickly. I'm very happy with both the customer service and the vehicle itself. I'll definitely be renting from here again on my next visit.
