We've been with CW Associates for a couple years and they've done a great job for us. They are reliable and knowledgeable. They ensure we never miss a tax deadline and whenever we have questions they have answers, usually in less than an hour.

I was charged multiple times for the same bill and as such issues a refund. They continue to call me about the bill, four years ago. I show them they have already been paid and explain the situation. Still get calls everyday

Then they reported me to the bureau and my credit dropped 180 points for a bill I’ve already paid.

They’re a scam company with no ethics and incompetent reps who cannot keep notes on accounts. They want me to pay the same bill yet again after they’ve ruined my credit over a false report.
