Car wash is inexpensive, quick, and gets the job done. Never had a problem there. Saves me a lot of time. Empolyees have all been professional. Again, saves me time and gets the job done, for a lot less than most other car wash stations in Honolulu

Cashier there is always pleasant, greets us when we go in, and even answers my questions about the HILT machine!

This newly rebranded Texaco is located near the intersection of King and Dillingham.

Just a gas station ⛽ although a bit more expensive than Hele if you sign up for membership card and pay cash 💵 on weekends.

Terrible experience! I cannot recommend this place!

In short, they sold me a car wash that didn’t clean my car. I voiced my complaint respectfully and courteously. I requested a refund or to let me pay the difference b/w the amount for the car wash I chose ($9.00) and the premium car wash offered ($13.00). The Texaco employees wouldn’t let me do either. My wife then disputed with the employees, and the Texaco employees called my wife a liar. We then demanded the contact information of the manager. The Texaco employees initially refused. After going back-and-forth, they reluctantly gave us the number to the Pearl City Texaco and told us to reach their manager there. My wife and I called that number 6-7 times and left 4 messages over the course of a week. The employees at the Pearl City Texaco assured us that the manager would call back. It’s been over two months and still no call back. All I can say is that the experience was so frustrating and maddening that my wife and I will never purchase another good or service at any Texaco or Chevron store.

On July 15th, 2016 at around 6:14pm, my wife and I wrapped up our 10-day Hawaii trip. We drove to the Chevron gas and planned to have a car-wash for our rental car. The gas station is located at 743 North King Street, Honolulu, HI. I paid for the $7 Express car wash. When I paid inside the store, I asked if my car would be ok to have a car wash in the machine. The store receptionist said, "Yes, just go". I entered the code and drove my car inside the car wash. The wash started and stopped in about 2 minutes. My wife used her cell phone and called the store and explained to the receptionist that "we are inside the car wash and the wash was stopped in the middle of the wash". The receptionist came inside the car wash and yelled at us to "get out" of the car wash. I drove out of the car wash and circled around the store. The receptionist was busy at fixing the car wash. I waited for about 5 minutes. I demanded to have my money back to the receptionist. Instead, the receptionist blamed us for breaking the car wash and refused to give us any money back. Also, she refused to let us leave the gas station and demanded we pay for the damage of the machine. She held us hostage in the store threatening she would call the police if we would leave the store. Instead, I called 911 for police emergency. I called and explained to the 911 operator that we were being held hostage in a Chevron gas station. The operator instructed us that we "tell the store, give us our refund or a police is on its way to the gas station". The receptionist heard that we called 911, she rushed out of the store and gave my wife $7 cash for the express wash refund. My wife is 5 months pregnant and deeply affected by the incident.

The convenient location took me there once. I paid for the most expensive wash ($9) and it was awful! There was dirt left all over the car and the so-called dry left my car as wet as if there was nothing done. Add to that, the exit is through a busted up dirt road which put even more dirt right back on my wet car! DON'T GO THERE unless you want to pay for a dirty car.

Do not use this car wash. The machine was spraying the soap and it didn’t even reach my car. Don’t recommend at all.

Rudest employee. I am so sorry I wanted to buy something. Literally go anywhere else so you don’t have to be subjected to such rude employees.

Do not use the carwash, air, or vacuum. Nothing works properly
