Car Rental Center - Honolulu Airport

It is what you would expect for a airport rental location. Lines, lots of space, and cars. As compared to a lot of other airports this one was pretty decent. It is very close and so there's no need to take a bus or a tram you just walk across the road and you're at the rental facility.

Nice airport. Very clean has a decent amount of shops and places to eat. Not the biggest airport but big enough. Easy to navigate the bathrooms are nice their sinks have soap and dryer all in one. Waiting areas by gates have power outlets with usb slots as well to charge phones, etc. They have a lot of self check in kiosks to make checking in faster security check area also goes quick.

Nice terminal, with pretty views on both sides and a beautiful nature garden. It is a good place to stretch your legs before your flight.

Compared to Chicago O'hare which is my local airport this airport was very nice! The staff there was very nice and helpful. We were able to get our bags checked and through TSA pre-check in a short period of time. The airport is clean, good atmosphere, lots of places to eat and shop.

Budget rental was awesome! Kudos to Ryan who made our vacation stress free because he made sure that we had a great condition rental car. Thank you!

We used Avis. It was a long line. They had a pre-check-in code to enter all your information. When you get up to the counter things get a little quicker that way. We really enjoyed renting with them.

Several shops and restaurants. While waiting for your flight, you have the option to enjoy the Hawaiian Botanical Gardens. Easy access to the city bus right outside of Terminal 2. Take the #20 Waikiki Beach and Resorts. Takes around 20 mins and you’re at the beach

Well organized. You need to take shuttle to go to the center. If you have president status with hertz, you can go directly upstairs.

After you checked in manually with the kind assitance of kind staff, only you can drop off your luggage, go thru security, and wait to be shuttled with the Wiki wiki bus!

I love what they have there especially there garden.

Great experience. Lots of people on the Westjet flight, full they even sold the jump seats. Customs was fast, the only thing is that other airports use a container, tray for shoes to protect shoes and laces from being rapped around the rolls and damaged. I was told to just get the shoes on the roller and get them through. My shoes were doing the roll over on the way out until pushed by bag.
Terminal 2 was clean and easy to use with great signs.

Every rental center near an airport could learn and should do business the way this place does. It rocks

The Duty free area is nice. Lots of variety. The United club lounge is nice. The gate area had a QR code to scan before boarding to fill out the customs declaration before take off. That helped once we landed in Guam. Got through customs faster and didn't have to worry about looking for a pen during the flight to fill out form.

Close to airport, could walk there if u wanted. Shuttle was prompt & easy to & from.

The extremely long lines move swiftly, effectively and efficiently. The Entire Staff: TSA, Police, Flight Attendants and Other Airport personnel are extremely polite and they extend their service with patience and a smile.

Car return (Alamo) was very quick and easy. Just a short walk to the arrival/ticketing terminal.
