Dr. Miyasaki was so professional portray with an excellent bedside manner. The only first dentist that made me comfortable including his assistant Remy who is so personable and made me really feel at ease . Julia who made the appointment for me was so accommodating as well. I would highly recommend this office for any of your future dental appointments!

Loved my time as a new patient with Dr Wilfred, his son came out and introduced himself as well. All of the staff was helpful and accommodating despite me being late. The doctor and all of the staff are very personable and kind, they have you fill out detailed paperwork to make sure all your concerns are addressed. I loved my experience and have already recommended all my coworkers and even my Uber driver that day to go there.

Everyone makes you feel comfortable. Especially JANET!! Janet, is very thorough and informative. She makes you feel comfortable. I've always been nervous and uncomfortable when it's time for a dental appointment 🙃 Ever since, I started going to the Downtown Dental Gp. My attitude changed. Been going there for yrs. Especially, knowing Janet will be tending to me. I forget, I'm at the dentist. She's so personable !! Like I made a friend. She's so genuine. As long as she's there, I definitely will continue my visits to this TERRIFIC Dental Group. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with Dental fobias, MUST make an appointment with them. Doctor's are VERY nice too.

I had recently had an accident requiring a visit to the ER and a emergency repair of a broken tooth. After calling the Downtown Dental Group they took me in an hour later. Dr. Wilfred Miyasaki and his team did a root canal and implanted a stent with a temporary crown the same day. I cannot overstate how grateful I am to this dedicated team, who went over and above to help me.

I really appreciate you getting me in quickly when I had some dental pain. I have found your office very responsive to my needs. The only concern I have is has to do with my insurance which I’ve been trying to give you the information for for at least a month and have provided you with a copy of my dental insurance card and other information and I keep getting told That we have insurance for you but it’s expired. But I’ve told you that I have a new plan and I’ve given you all the information for that plan several times and I still got that feedback today. So I know you’re working on it, other than that, I really appreciate everything you’re doing . Thank you,!

Never had any negative experiences with Dr's Wilfred or David Miyasaki and staff. Verna is very professional when cleaning my teeth. Julie and Darlyne are always cheerful. The best Dental Clinic I've been to!

The staff were pleasant. The Hygienist Iwalani was knowledgeable and I learned a lot from her. Great Hygienist.

This is my second appointment with the Hygienist, Janet.

An honest, skillful dentist with great hygienists and staff! Dr. Miyasaki is forthright and upfront about pricing. No unnecessary procedures or expenses! When I went in for a couple fillings and required numbing, I didn’t even feel the needle stick. The hygienists are friendly and take their time with you. The staff at the front desk are nice and helpful, too. Highly recommend!!

The entire staff at this Dental Office are always so cordial & accomodating. I never thought I would describe a visit to the Dentist a “pleasurable experience”, but that it is!!

My husband and a friend are patients a the Dental Group, and I was planning to make an appointment to go with them, but I didn't. Suddenly I had an emergency and I went to ask for help and they graciously took me. They found the time to see me even though they were very busy. Everybody there was friendly and caring.
First impression is very important and certainly, I was impressed to see how professional and organized they were running their business. I have an appointment to go back next week and I'm looking forward to see them again and experience their care.

My “handler” dental assistant, was exceptionally sweet. She had the demeanor of a saint! Thank you The Downtown Dental Group. I even received a gift from the good Dr himself .A long stemmed red rose and a promotional item that included a toothbrush and water bottle! I’ll be returning to have my smile restored for sure.

I was visiting family and on vacation from California. My crown fell out while eating so the next day I called A Downtown Dental Group from my list of dental providers. They took care of me as if I was a regular customer! If you are looking for a professionally run and friendly place for dental. Give them a call. They're awesome!
