Hotel La Croix

I wanna come back. The location to me is top tier, since you're not so close to the beach that you're paying an arm and a leg for a room, and you're close enough and with a great view to enjoy the hell out of the area.
The staff was super nice, and doing a great job in my opinion. The recent renovations looked great too. Shout outs to Annie and Miles.
And I was SO grateful for the monkeypod room, was able to fuel up before every day super easily. And there's an ABC Stores right next to the lobby.

Attached is the view I woke up to every morning. I sprung for what I think was the best room but it felt incredibly worth it to me. My only regret has been that I didn't spend more time watching sunsets and fireworks from the balcony.

My stay was a dream come true! I booked their King corner room for about 3/4 nights and we loved every bit of our stay. I had high expectations being that there are a lot more to choose from but, this will personally always be my go to from now on! The room was spacious and we had an ocean view that was so cute to see through both sliding doors that lead to the terrace. I was greeted by the most kind hotel staff. We got there a bit earlier than check in time so they put our bags in a secure room & off we went to explore the streets of Waikiki and the amazing restaurants they had within walking distance. I want to thank Barrett & Jade at the front desk for the clear communication and hospitality throughout our stay. They were more than excited to play a part in making out stay comfortable and to say the least that’s exciting what it was. They knew we would love our room and it was perfect because on Fridays the beach lets off fireworks at sunset and we had the best view from our ocean view terrace. Housekeeping came in our room every evening and did a great job tidying up the place so it looked brand new everyday. They also offer beach essentials you can borrow free of charge unless you fail to bring it back. Beach chairs, boogie boards, & beach umbrellas is what the hotel offers you and it’s very convenient because the beach is across the street. Nonetheless I love it there and I will be recommending this to anyone I know traveling here.

The hotel was great.
Miles downstairs at the valet was amazing. He went above and beyond with customers serving and all the great places he recommended. All the places he recommended made our trip even better.
He was always in the Aloha spirit! We will be visiting hotel La Croix in the near future. And we hope miles is still there!

Kudos to Ariel, Bea at the front desk . They greeted us with a smile , friendly and answered all questions. Housekeeping Helen, Marilyn and James Reyes they really took time to clean our room. They also showed good customer service and kudos also. You need this employees to continue to get customers to come back .
Cyrus at the front office gives good customer service also. He helped me explain all the charges to our room and was friendly. Kudos to all of this employees. Surely will come back again.

Excellent service, nice and clean rooms with good beds and nearby the beach, shops and nice restaurants. I can really recommend this place. I also used the garage for my rental car, and I was always met with a smile and good service. I just had to leave the car, and they parked and fixed everything right away. Valet Patrick designated with excellent service and the effort to make his customers satisfied! This is common to all of them :)

La Croix is a great stay in the middle of Waikiki. Beach, shops and restaurants are all 10-20 min walk from the hotel. I suggest staying in any rooms on the penthouse floor (better than top floor) for more space and balcony access. The receptionists are super kind however will get quite busy with only 2 available. The hotel has no room service although they do have valet service in the basement area. Miles is a wonderful valet to have, not only with his quick efficiency but suggestions around Oahu, good dude. The elevators were the only hassle I dealt with at the hotel due to its late timing and/or just not working at the time. The small convenient store connected to the hotel came in CLUTCH. 8-10 recommend this hotel to anyone!

My wife and I were taking our first trip as newlyweds together in Hawaii. We decided to go with Hotel La Croix due to its convenient location. I was not disappointed!

The front desk staff Ronnie and John were absolutely amazing. They made check in a breeze. John was exceptional with his customer service helping me with all my requests. He went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel special during our celebration. And Ronnie was just as amazing assisting us with recommendations of things do and places to go.

Waikiki beach is a just short walk away. Plenty of other nearby beaches for snorkeling, surfing, and swimming that’s just a short drive away. Multiple 7-elevens for quick trips. Shopping strip all walking distance from the hotel. Loved the hotels amenities. Highly recommend Hotel La Croix!

Hotel La Croix is quite a hotel. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend coming here. But what I want to post is about the Front Desk Associate, John. From the moment we checked in to the time we left, he definitely took great care of us. Anything we needed, he was there. So thoughtful, amazing customer service. Thank you, John, for making our vacation that much better!!

As a returning guest to Hotel Lacroix, I can attest to its enduring charm and hospitality. This marks my second stay at this family-owned establishment, and once again, it has exceeded my expectations. The prime location, just a short walk from the beach, coupled with the warmth of the staff, makes it a top choice for accommodation in Waikiki. It's evident that the dedication to providing exceptional service runs deep within the hotel's ethos, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like coming home. Whether it's the comfortable rooms, the helpful recommendations from the staff, or the overall sense of care and attention to detail, Hotel Lacroix continues to leave a lasting impression, making it my go-to destination whenever I'm in the area. Also big shout out to Miles the valet guy for looking after us and making sure the places we went were safe!

I loved staying here! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. My favorite thing is that you can text the front desk if you need anything! No calls—just send a text and they reply super fast. Our room had two balconies and we saw the fireworks on Friday night. Def had a great view and loved the couch in the room. The old school fridge def made me smile. You want to stay at Hotel La Croix next time you are in Waikiki.

Rooms are basic, but clean. Could do with a second night stand. Has a refrigerator/ freezer, but microwave. Room service ( cleaning) only on request. Chay, the pool attendant is amazing. Pool is small, but adequate. Hot tub is not working, boarded over. Coffee in the lobby. Inexpensive beach towels for purchase ($12.00). Use of beach chairs, N/C. 24 HR Valet for cars.

My experience with this hotel has been 5 star. All the staff have been so helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to help with our needs. The rooms were good size, although an old hotel, they were slowly renovating. The room I got was decent and fairly clean. The only complaint I would have is at night time those cars on the street kept vrooming their engines, but this is not the hotel's fault. The location was right across from Hui shared car pickup, 5 min walk to shops. The pink line stops right infront of the hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

This was my wife and i's second time back to Hawaii and this was the first time at this hotel. The staff were nothing short of amazing. We had a issue with our room AC and Craig the house Keeping manager came up right away and they ended up just upgrading our room without us even asking for anything. Chey the bartender at the pool was also great , very attentive and had a lot of suggestions of things for us to do and was very knowledgeable. Last but not least Shawn which was the top guy around there and personally made us feel welcome . Overall just on staff alone we would stay there again.

It’s was in a great area close to the strip. A lot of places to go close by. Staff was very friendly helpful. Pool temp was always amazing. The pool has a great view. Chey was the best she made this trip better with the recommendations and the amazing drinks.

The view from the building was amazing. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Waikiki. The location was great to go up to North Shore or down to Diamond Head. The staff was super friendly. Shoutout to our valet Patrick and all the other valet employees for the speedy service. They made this a great experience.

Loved our room that we had an upgrade to since they didn’t have our room with handicap shower. So we were given the terrace floor with its our own lounge to sit and see the view, which was very lovely. I also wanted to give a 5star to a wonderful employee who name is Miles that took good care of us with my handicap sister and car. He is a very friendly and smiling guy who helps a lot of the guests that stays there. The only thing is that there’s no parking to off load in front of the hotel, it’s a wonderful place to stay. Our vacation stay at this hotel was great, opted for a king suite. Situated along Kalākaua Avenue, its prime location allowed for easy access to Waikiki Beach within a leisurely 10-minute walk, surrounded by an array of dining options from restaurants, coffee shops, good breakfast places to food trucks. The pool and bar areas were delightful spots to unwind, enjoying refreshing drinks and a relaxing poolside atmosphere. Notably, the hotel offers splendid views overlooking Waikiki, adding a picturesque touch to our stay

John is providing exceptional customer service during our stay in room 1408. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our experience memorable. We highly recommend his service to anyone visiting the hotel.

The best hotel I have stayed at during the 10-day trip. Not the most luxurious, but definitely worth the price paid. The pleasant environment and friendly staff added to the positive experience. If you are lucky you will be invited to the MonkeyLounge for a Managers Party. They offer free snacks and drinks(non alcoholic and alcoholic!!!!)and of course a nice view front the top of the hotel. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

Great location, parking wasn’t good so valet experience was seamless. Miles was our main valet. He is very efficient and nice. The room service was quick as well. A little outdated rooms with some maintenance needed but worth it overall.
