Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was probably the most satisfying & efficient auto-rental experience I have ever had ... from start to finish. When I first walked into the local dealership, I was greeted by 3 representatives and served by Carolina, who was very attentive and patient with my concerns & desires. I asked for the type of vehicle I had in mind, a 15-Passenger Van w/a high-top ceiling ... they had it and I was able to make the reservation. Weeks later, I received emails & texts, reminding me of the upcoming rental arrangement and upon reply, was able to re-confirm my reservation.
On rental day, I walked in and was able to finalize the rental agreement and payment ... at which time, the van was being prepped for my inspection, prior to driving it off of the lot. Everything went so smooth and every question I had was properly answered.
I drove off of the lot, very confident and comfortable in doing business with Enterprise. Upon return of the vehicle at the end of my rental term, I went ahead and made another reservation for the same vehicle for next Spring.

Recently rented a car for a week in Oahu, HI. This location, on Nimitz Highway, is an easy 20 minute walk from the airport if you don't like to pay extra airport fees on your rentals. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Rannel. He did my paperwork and explained that the size car I had rented was not available (the Aloha Classic was in town!) but came and walked the lot with me to find another great choice, an upgrade. At this location they check over the car outside for damage with you, take photos, and show you helpful things like where the button to open the gas tank is and how the parking brake works. Then Rannell announced that this car was available for less, saving me over $100 for the week. I would HIGHLY recommend this location of Enterprise, and Rannell, to everyone!!

Enterprise on Nimitz caters to auto body shops that have customers that need rentals. Their customer service is top notch! From the shuttle driver, to the front desk, to the return, it was a great experience. Friendly and helpful. Suggested I work with the insurance company to get a comparable vehicle to the one I was getting serviced and that what they reserve first for me isn't my only option! I was able to go from a tiny compact car to a large SUV! They don't do airport shuttle service. But they are great if you have ride to their location or if you need a rental while getting your vehicle repaired in the area! Thank you!!!

After months of searching rental car, companies for a trip home to Hawaii for our family reunion Enterprise came out the best! There was no lines, the staff was absolutely on point, friendly, and very helpful! We were greeted immediately when we arrived, and when we were departing, they called the cab for us. They couldn't have been more accommodating! There were no issues with the car; it was clean, gas tank full, plus our agent walked around the car and did an inspection with us. Everything took about 15 minutes from start to finish and we were driving off! In my opinion, it's the best car company on the island!!!

The customer service was amazing! Everyone was so very polite and welcoming! I use to rent with Hertz but I will be renting with Enterprise from here on out! Vehicles are very clean and well maintained! I definitely will recommend Enterprise to everyone!

This is a great place to get your car or van on your trip to Hawaii! The place is just off the airport. We rented a van and it was awesome!The service is great and very friendly! They are quick to get you car ready for you and drop off was just as quick and friendly! Just no pick or drop off from the airport though. I get it though. I just got and Uber and it was all good.

Excellent customer service. We showed up here on accident due to a mixup with our ride share app and the associates were able to match the price of our original rental. No shuttle to the airport but they offer free airport drop off. Service was very fast. Would definitely recommend.

I had to rent a car while my car was being repaired. Ron contacted me on the same day after I received the rental information from my insurance company. The following I picked up my car, and Ron was there to hand it off. He was friendly and professional. They offered shuttle service to get me back/to the auto bodyshop. The experience was easy and efficient. However, I wished they would have more EV’s available.

Great customer services, phone etiquette was great. When you check in person, all staff was friendly, fast in getting into your car rental and returning it. Shuttle Driver was excellent, friendly and no worries in getting back where you need to go. Facility is clean, senses of direction in picking up a car or truck. I would definitely recommend this location.

This was a pretty easy process. Enterprise came and shuttle me over to their location and it didn't take long for me to get into my rental vehicle and whenever I had to pick my vehicle up from the body shop, they shuttled me back. My experience was that they did a pretty good job and the wait was not long at all for their shuttle.

We picked up our rental at the Kailua branch, the attendants there were so helpful, pleasant and informative. The car was clean and in great condition, we will always rent frome Kailua Enterprise in the future.

My car was finished, returned car back to enterprise vehicle rental and because I went back on Friday, representative thought, wow that kinda fast. And because I returned kinda early I even got money back. I would go back again.

I had my reservations about getting a vehicle off the property of the airport. Let me tell you this was the best decision. The personnel were SO pleasant and accommodating. The best part was that we had no line to wait in and were on our way in no time at all. That includes the drop off process as well. It was so fast that I should have ordered my Lyft back to the airport before I started the check in process. I GREATLY appreciate the personnel at Enterprise Rent A Car on Nimitz Highway. They helped for me to continue having an excellent vacation with my family.

Talk about Aloha! Super friendly and the best customer service. Carolyn and her team helped me around my issues with my booking, and went above and beyond with there services. My family and I needed a rental to replace our car that’s in the shop, and they helped make sure we got a specific car reserved that was suitable for my family.

Definitely deserved 5-stars and more!

The wife and I walked here from the airport. Not too bad of a walk after a long flight. No line when we got there. Greeted instantly and we had our car in less than 10 min.

Return was easy and smooth and the customer service was excellent.

Bathrooms were clean.

One of the best rental car experiences I’ve had. The cars were clean and nicely maintained and the location nice but it is the customer service that sets them apart. Every member of the team O interacted was very helpful and nice. The made the initial pickup very easy and when I wanted to switch to a smaller vehicle (live in downtown with very tight traffic/parking), they were very accommodating and helpful. These folks are the best!

The staff was excellent. They were able to get me in a vehicle in a short time. The returning of the vehicle was quick and easy. I was not rushed and was treated like a valued customer. The whole process/experience was great.

Excellent, friendly, efficient service at a great price. We opted to take a cab to/from the airport to this location instead of renting at the airport. Even with cab fair, saved $$$ and the wait for the cab was minimal in both directions.
