Cindy's Leis did an absolutely amazing job with the leis. My wife and I ordered 3 leis, mother and sister each ordered a lei and had all the leis delivered to my house in western Washington on 2 May for a graduation at Washington State University on 4 May. Its a 6 hour drive from west side of the state to the eastern side. The leis were packed and traveled fantastically. The looked wonderful on the day of the graduation. Anyone looking for high quality leis that last and travel well need to order from Cindy's. Highly recommended and will use them again.

I ordered ti leaves to make a graduation lei for my boyfriend and Cindy's Lei and Flower Shoppe were amazing to work with. They were able to ship me my order to me quickly and displayed great customer service. There were a few bumps in the road unrelated to the flower shoppe. Fedex was not able to deliver my package and Cindy's lei and flower shoppe handled the whole thing. They arranged for me to pick it up and made sure everything would go smoothly. The ti leaves look perfect and nothing was damaged.

We stumbled upon this shop when a different vendor dropped the ball on us. Ray and Alex were so kind to walk me through various options as I shared inspo photos with them. With only a one day notice, they came through with the perfect hakus I could have ever asked for. Thanks to them, the photoshoot went perfectly and we have beautiful photos to treasure for years to come.

For a Hawaiian wedding, leis is a must-have. I saw a huka I thought was a Lei, but it was not. I called in from Texas one week before the wedding, and even this is not a common request; they made sure they made it for me with fern and babies breathe mixed in. 6 top of that, they made me a matching hair piece. This was my first experience ordering lei, so I was a bit nervous, but Nick at Cindy's Lei Shoppe was so helpful and accommodating! Even though I ordered past the deadline during a busy time, my lei came right on time (all the way to Indiana!) in flawless condition, packaged securely. I ordered 60 lei for an API commencement ceremony, and all my graduates could not be more thrilled! Would definitely recommend, and will be ordering from them again next year.

Super helpful answering questions and great pricing as well. I took 4 orchid lei to Massachusetts for a wedding a couple days later. They instructed me on how to pack them. The lei were a enjoyed by the recipients. I’ve purchased from Cindy’s before and always get the great service.
