Urban Outfitters

The staff was friendly even though we entered the store 15 minutes before closing. My daughter grabbed a dress and was allowed quickly try something in the last 10 minutes the store was open. We didn't end up buying anything but all the people we interacted with were awesome.

Ari was so amazing! Best customer service. She was patient with me and kept my stuff on hold when I had issues with my first card. This urban outfitters is a two story one and they have an amazing sale section right now too. I just had to come on here and give Ari the 5 star review she deserves and thank her!!!

A very big and clean two-story store with really nice staff. However they don't have parking and do not validate it from a structure either (some would say duh it's in Waikiki, but it's still a factor). I came here to pickup a couple LPs and the checkout was very fast. When I had to come back and return a damaged item they were nice and fast too!

A Hipsters dream!

Stores like Urban Outfitters do not usually appeal to me, but this store changed my opinion.
After walking past the store, I noticed in the window a few records so I had decided I would go in and have a look. Upon looking at the stock, I ended up walking out with a bag full of records! The selection was not very big but I was able to score a few good albums.

While the clothing is not of my taste, my friend was able to pick up a few items for a very appropriate price.
We were helped by a lovely staff member and was assisted in any way possible.

I highly recommend this store to anyone who is wondering past it, the atmosphere is very fun!

The workers here are very friendly and helpful, which is great. Although it is an expensive brand, Urban has many great sales. It did have an odd seaweed smell, which others may enjoy, but I did not. Otherwise, I definitely would reccomend others to shop here.

Best urban outfitters store I have been! They have really stylish things for everyone, this is a great store to do some vacation shopping when you get to Waikiki. Internal decoration looks very nice too.

Great time to go to Waikiki because Covid keeps the crowds away. Shopping was such a peaceful experience. Prices are definitely marked down so I really feel like I got more bang for my hard earned buck. Additional discounts on already reduced items.

Great service and staff. Everything you would expect from an Urban Outfitters from home goods to bathing suits. Store gets a lot of traffic and is kept neat for as busy as it can be. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is the one and only Urban Outfitters in all of Hawaii and it didn’t disappoint. It was two levels of all of our favourite brands of clothing for women and men. The service staff were friendly and helpful and the sales section was full of great products. My family and I can all spend hours in these cool stores. The homewares and home decorating products are funny and useful.

Two floors of lots of tempting goodies!! Pretty good sized sale section. Would love to see more home items but good selection of clothing and accessories.

Pre-pandemic we forgot to pack sunscreen and had to get it from here plus a few others. They’re pleasant here!

very cute and big UO, sometimes you can find sales items, sometimes not. the design of this UO is amazing, like Hawaii style with bright colors!

Beautifully designed store and a great location on the corner. The prices are fair and the selection is nice. Highly recommended.
