Food, service, location...all impeccable. Outstanding attention from Stuart. Amazing all around. Arrived 5 pm to have a table at the front/beach side. Took about an hour for the sun to go down - recommend sunglasses and sunscreen. But what an incredible sunset viewed. Filet & lobster, ribeye, French onion soup with a delicate pastry, bananas foster show to top it off. Also received a special Anniversary dessert especially prepared by the chef. Would definitely return when back on the island.

I had dinner at Michel’s and ordered the escargot and the course menu with the premium wine pairing. I had to add the escargot. The food was exquisite, the service was spot on (had Spencer) and the view was to die for. I’ve eaten at almost every restaurant in Waikiki and Michel’s really impressed me. Everything was delicious but my favorites were the table side Caesar and the filet. Will absolutely be back again.

My favorite restaurant on the island and the best set tasting menu, in my opinion! You can't beat the location right on Waikiki Beach, especially for sunset. Service is impeccable, from the moment being seated to the table side cooking, you could not ask for a better experience. The food preparation, presentation, and taste are second to none. Perfect selection of meat, seafood, soup, and salad options on the menu where they all include a local Hawaiian flavor. Not to mention the free valet parking!! Reservations fill up quickly. Can't wait to come back!

We came because my mom chose the restaurant. From the moment we drove in the service was top tier. I was very skeptical. I had a hard time believing it would be worth the price. I could not have been more wrong! We arrived underdressed for the occasion but they treated us like we walked in wearing a Rolex. I didn’t realize a Cesar Salad could be that amazing. Best salad I have ever had!!! And the table side presentation was phenomenal. The filet mignon was so tender you almost didn’t need a knife and the coconut cheesecake was to die for. At the end of our meal the maître de came and asked about experience like we were friends, not like it was his obligation. Is it expensive? yes. Is it worth it? More that I could ever have imagined! Oh , and the view is out of this world.

This is a must go to place. Worth the price in service and ambience alone. Kalani was our waiter. Surf and turf was tasty. I could have done with less sauce. I'm not a big gravy person. The sunrise drink, raw oysters, mango sorbet and soup were great. I will definitely be back.

Last minute reservation for birthday celebration. We had course meal and it was good. Service was great and waiter took a great picture with beautiful sunset. Everything was good but tuna tartar needs to go…. It was dry and chip was tasteless. However, course meal for $130 for each person was a great deal with beautiful sunset.

The food and service were A1. Our server was amazing, he even let my husband make the Cesar salad we ordered at the table himself. So that was very cool. Only thing is that this restaurant is veryyyy expensive so be prepared for that.

We went to Michel’s on our last night in Hawaii and it was an amazing experience. The view is unbeatable!! Especially at sunset but even after sunset, it is a great view. We both had the tasting menu (about 6 courses) and every course was incredible. I really enjoyed the table-side preparation of the lobster bisque and the Caesar salad. Our served explained about all the ingredients and was so attentive. We also had escargots which was the best I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed 2 cocktails each. The set menu + escargots + 4 cocktails + tip was around $400 for two people and it was worth it, both for the food and the experience!

The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. They were attentive, courteous, and made us feel genuinely welcome. What a fantastic evening dining experience at Michel's! Seating right next to the beach and ocean, Friday night fireworks in the distance, full moon reflecting off the water. The food and the service was impeccable!

We had excellent service with Kai. The food was delicious, the view was beautiful, and we had an amazing time.

For high-end restaurant with quality service and impeccable food, check them out. Great for birthdays perfect for kids and lovely scenery inside and out. Recommend, Filet and Lobster as well as the Beef Wellington. The Dirty Martini is great 😃

What a beautiful and nostalgic dining experience. We were here for dinner during our honeymoon. The location is magical. The food is phenomenal. The staff is professional and very attentive. The view is breathtaking. And our waiter Stuart helped to make our experience memorable for a lifetime. We haven’t stopped singing the praises of this restaurant. It was the best restaurant we dined in Honolulu. From the Cesar salad prepared table side to the cherries jubilee, each dish was a Presentation of artistry and Flavor! And the chef topped off an amazing meal by sending us a special dessert. Thank you for the memories and making our honeymoon

An amazing birthday dinner at Michel’s! Their tasting menu was phenomenal: highly recommend it! We enjoyed beachside seating and a beautiful sunset with a nice breeze. Our waiter, Billy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire staff was attentive to our every need. We loved every dish on the tasting menu (~$130pp + $40pp wine pairing). We will definitely come back for another special occasion the next time we are in Honolulu!

Thank you Kalani for an amazing experience! We stayed from 6pm-9pm just hanging out eating and drinking. The food was amazing, we ordered several things from the menu to try it all out. They have great selections of wine and cocktails. The view is also breath taking at sunset. Our server really made the experience! Kalani was so friendly and classy. We loved having him.

We booked Michel’s for dinner. Food was amazing, presentation was great and service was great too! I’m happy we spent an evening here and I absolutely suggest picking this place for a quality dinner! Fabulous sunset views and oysters!

This was one of best restaurants I have ever been to.
The salad was made just right and the prices were very reasonable.
The service was so good that I gave the waiter a 15% tip.
It was well deserved.

Excellent place to celebrate 15 year anniversary. Had the beef Wellington and filet and lobster with a few mai tais. Great view. Good service. All wonderful.

Definitely a highlight of our trip to Hawaii. This restaurant’s service surprised me more than any restaurant in my lifetime - they didn’t have a single vegetarian item on the menu but the server was so knowledgable to request the Chef & have them make a full course veg menu just for us! And every single dish was delectable & skillfully made. Totally enjoyed our time there & the ambience is really gorgeous as well.

Wow is all we can say. Dinner at Michel's was the highlight of our entire trip to the Hawaiian islands!

First, sitting down to a printed menu with our names on it was such a nice touch! This was a birthday celebration and they included that on the menu too!

The view right on the water was absolutely amazing! We went on a Friday evening an enjoyed a local sail boating race. And to sit there and watch the Hawaiian sunset was to die for!

The entire staff was just so awesome! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were treated like royalty.

The tasting menu was so on point, from the flamed Lobster Bisque and freshly prepared Caesar salad served table side to the awesome chocolate cake for dessert. The portions were plentiful and we felt we good a great value for the price.

When we think of Honolulu we will always remember our evening at Michel's.
