Stopped while traveling from SC to PA. The cashier Linda was very very rude. My credit card chip wasn’t working, and she rudely said well how are you gonna get gas? I said by swiping my card. She says it won’t work to be swiped, and I explained it takes a few times to deny the chip, but then asks you to swipe the card anywhere else. She then proceeded to say “well maybe you should go somewhere else” just as I was about to pay in cash for the gas. At that point, I looked at her and said I absolutely will, bc I will not give money to any establishment that keeps such ignorant people with attitudes like that as employees. After looking at the reviews left by others, it seems that Bo’s Express may need to teach their employees some basic customer service skills. I will never stop here again, although I make
This trip every few months. My money will go to support people and businesses that want to retain pleasant customer relationships.

I rarely ever leave reviews, especially negative ones, but never have I experienced such rudeness from a cashier. He was so rude, arrogant and just plain nasty. It was my daughter's birthday on top of it, and she was the one that purchased the items. We were calm and well mannered but he continued to raise his voice and be rude because he was asked a simple question after my daughter's drink had no safety seal. It was literally open. We did not want a refund, only an exchange and he got all bent out of shape and started raising his voice. I was literally appalled. I refuse to patronize anywhere that would treat their customers with a lack of respect and courtesy. I had to convince my daughter to stop there, because she said that it looked suspicious. She was right and regretfully, that was how she ended her birthday. Never again. I hope he learns some respect and good manners or he won't make it very far. I actually feel sad for the guy, but upset for my daughter.

The worker Brandy is very aggressive, and likes to argue with customers infront of other customers to embarass people.
It makes the store look very poorly professional.
