Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

First off I'd like to apologize to the plumber Jeremy G. who came to do a job at my residence. A family member came home, and we didn't notify them of work being done, and they behaved in a poor manner towards the plumber.

We requested the aid of Steve's plumbing to take a look at a leak in our bathroom. Jeremy came and assessed the situation. There was already multiple problems with the job, we didn't know where our main water shut off was, and he was able to find it. The pipes were old and bad throughout the house, and he suggested to do an overhaul.
He took care of the leak, added easy access to the main water valve, chaged out all the water shut offs under the kitchen sinks, in both bathrooms, under the sink, and behind the toilet. And fixed the leak in the tub, and converted 3 knobs into one.
I couldn't even use the bathroom cold water in the sink, and he fixed that. The pipes in the master bath sink blew and flooded the room a few months back, and he fixed that. And he conducted it professionally even under the poor working conditions he was placed in, all in a 6-8 hour period.

Once again I'd like to apologize to Jeremy, and Steve's plumbing on behalf of my family. And also I'd like to thank the dispatcher who helped me with this job. If we ever need another plumbing job, I would like to use Steve's Plumbing, and Jeremy G. If I ever need another plumbing job, but I would completely understand if they didn't accept the request.

Robert Beverly was a great worker with Steve’s plumbing. He was clearly experienced with many aspects of plumbing and we had a big job including excavation, descaling, camera work, and laying new pipe. He was friendly and courteous and funny too. Always calm, he did not panic or get upset about anything. Brendan Lemming was also a really great worker with the skills to manage the job well, explain things very clearly and always open to any and all of our questions. He was calm, friendly and professional the entire time. It’s clear he knows how to honor and respect customers and their homes. Great work. And to Gabe the new apprentice who had to do a lot of physical work in our yard and driveway, thank you for your dedication and quality work and smile!

We needed to replace our 15-plus year old solar water heater. CJ took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and stayed around to make sure it was functioning properly before leaving. Great local company.

Great company. Very responsive, quick and they do an excellent thorough job. The technicians are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue using them for projects in the future.

We had an issue that required 2 visits- done by Nick and Peter. Both were professional, informative and did a great job. They both are very knowledgeable and left our bathroom spotless after the repair.It was an emergency situation and we are so grateful it was responded to within hours of our call. Making an appointment was quick and easy, plumber technician Landry Sua came out and I briefed him on the issue and he went to work right away.
He assessed the problem and was willing to get it done. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

Mike Ehlen from Steve's Plumbing is the man! What started out as a simple repair turned into a plumbing emergency. I was trying to replace the turn stop for my toilet and while I was turning the nut, the copper pipe came loose in my dry wall. I had to immediately stop because I thought I broke the pipe in my drywall. I called Steve's plumbing and they sent Mike out in about 30 minutes. I was panicking so I was calling everybody, and that was the fastest response I got because other places were telling me it would take about 5-6 hours... Luckily I turned off my water supply because I didn't want to leak on my downstairs neighbors or cause an even bigger mess.

Then Mike came in and was super professional. He quickly analyzed the situation and determined what needed to be done next. Long story short, he secured the piping in the wall, changed my turn stop and got everything back up and running. I told him I wanted to least costly repair because money was tight, and he was able to save me the most money while still providing excellent service.

Thank you Mike and everyone who helped at Steve's Plumbing. We'll be sure to call them again for our future plumbing needs.

What a great experience working with everyone at Steve's plumbing. They are fast and efficient. My folks need some help with getting their unit up to standard per the HOA and we're given a list of items that need attention. I called Steve's and explained the situation a friendly tech was out the very next day and explained everything so that my elderly parents could understand. I felt completely comfortable and confident with my folks plumbing needs in the hands of Steve's. If I could give more stars I would.

Woke up in the morning found out that my kitchen pipes were leaking called Steve plumbing that morning and they sent a technician out that same day. Tevita Manu, looked at the leak, made some assessments bought some parts and repaired the leak within two hours. I had my running water, and no leaks. Another great thing I like about Steve’s Plumbing they would text me to follow up. Tevita, was very professional and polite. And did the job with Ohana service. Great job well done

Ricky Mercado was awesome! Very friendly and professional. He was so quick and resolved our clogged drains and shower drain easily and even though the plumbing is old. He explained everything before hand so no surprises on the bill. Would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues! Thank you Ricky!

Had to replace my water heater but have had terrible experiences with big boxes like Lowes in the past. Decided to give Steve's a try and it was an excellent decision. They were easy to contact, quickly set up an appointment, the plumber Brendan Lemming was extremely professional, and the job was done quickly and proficiently. As a bonus, Brendan replaced some existing low-quality connector flex-pipes (installed by the previous plumber) with much nicer copper pipes. Also, Brendan patiently responded to my many technical questions arising from my previous bad experiences with replacing the water heater. I learned a lot, the job was done well, and I certainly will be contacting Steve's the next time I have any plumbing needs.

Technician Jeremy Thomason was very professional and pleasant. He was very informative regarding solar water heating and explained what items needed repair. Repair time was relatively quick and double checked his work. Being this was an emergency repair, I was pleased with the estimate Jeremy presented. Office was nice enough to call back at the end of the day to reschedule my appointment for the next morning. This is my first experience with Steve’s Plumbing and A/C service and very pleased with their service.

Professional team, Alex Sunny Zion, came out to unclog our main drain. They showed the camera view and recommended what would be the best service for the future of the house. Will contact them again and recommend to friends and family.

Was in a bind and needed to have repairs done on a leaking gas pipe. Was surprised on how fast they were to come out and do the inspection and estimate. The day after I called Steve’s Plumbing, Lyle and Peter arrived to assess the replacement of my solar water heater.
