I am extremely grateful that a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Samira. My first call to her office I had the pleasure of speaking with Jan. She was very pleasant and set up my first appointment to meet my new doctor. My first meeting with Dr. Samira was amazing. She took the time to talk to me about any health concerns I might have. The personal care she provides is outstanding! Marissa, office nurse, is as competent and caring as Dr Samira. The entire staff is amazing!

My first visit with Dr Samira after being a patient of her husband's for the last few years and she is wonderful. She is very kind, informative, and takes time to listen. The rest of the staff are awesome as usual and the facility is clean and nice. I'm very happy to be able to continue using them as my primary doctor.

Dr. K. and staff are awesome. Visits with Dr. K are timely, proactive and straightforward. I never feel rushed, like a burden, or confused about my care.

Office staff are great. Jan is a superstar! They are easy to contact and work with and genuinely care about their patients.

I highly recommend this office for quality care.

From minor ailments to bigger issue our family is blessed to have Dr Samara as our doctor. The office is clean and the people who work in it go out of their way to make you feel at home. Dr Samira speaks to you not at you and is very careing. If you need a primary care doctor look no further.

I have searched high and low for a primary care doctor in the area and have finally found a hidden treasure in DR Samira.
She and everyone in the practice actually care about their patients. I have had a few DR's in my life. And I can honestly say DR Samira's practice is one of the best I have ever been to.The whole team radiate empathy and caring for their patients.I am no longer just a number but a patient so wonderfully refreshing.

If you are looking for a great primary doctor who actually cares this is the practice for you! highly recommended.

The one I had before couldn't have picked me out of a police line-up as his nose was always buried in his laptop. they would charge me just for a phone call to reveal the results of an MRI which I had to initiate because I hadn't heard back in 3 months Dr Pasternak along with AdventHealth offer desperately money oriented experience.where you are just a number. we all want a doctor that cares for us! and this is the place to get that in abundance.

I’ve been here a few times and am happy to say I chose her as my primary after moving here a few months back. They always get me in super fast, she listens to me, she’s got a good sense of humor and the staff is absolutely WONDERFUL. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

As I sit here reading reviews it just makes me mad! I have been going to Dr Samira for years. I have seen both her and her husband. First of all the whole office is amazing! I have never been treated so nice in an office! Dr Samira is so kind and caring. She truly listens and also realizes that you are a human being. I have not always been complaint with my diabetes and when I was talking to her about it she was not lecturing and demeaning but was human and encouraging. Dr Samira has gotten my diabetes under control by changing my medications to combinations that truly work. I do not detest going to the doctor like I have in the past! I would suggest that anyone who wants a caring doctor to visit this office! You can not go wrong with either one of them. I believe in them so much that when asked as a emergency room nurse about good family doctors I will refer them to my patients. Dont listen to all the negativity! They are amazing! Thank you Dr Samira for all you do!

Dr. Karakossian has been my primary care doctor for several years now and she has always been very courteous and professional during my visits. She treats me for hypothyroidism. Her office staff is friendly and caring, as well as helpful with any issues or concerns. I highly recommend this doctor. I have also had one visit with her husband and he truly cares for his patients as well.

Kind, sympathetic and took time with me. Truly a hidden gem! Staff is caring and polite.

Dr Samira is not my personal doctor, however, I come to this office to see her husband who happens to be the best doctor I have ever been to. WIth that being said, my wife does see Dr Samira as her primary care doctor. I can say this, my wife has never been totally complaint with her diabetes and her numbers have always reflected that. Since she has been seeing Dr Samira, for the first time in years her numbers are at a safe and managable level. My wife is very comfortable with her and said that she would not go to any other doctor. As always the staff is awesome!

Dr. Samira Karakossian has been my primary care physician for over 3 years. She is very competent, caring, pleasant and a great diagnostician. A few months ago while I was getting routine blood work, she also requested that I take a home stool test. It came back positive and I was referred for a colonoscopy. It was determined that I had cancer and I was able to start treatment early. I'm cancer free due to her diligence and caring.

I have been seeing Dr. Samira for years and I have nothing but good things to say about the service and care I have received. They make going to the doctor enjoyable and she really cares about her patients. Her nurse, Nikki, goes above and beyond and is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Listens to your health concerns and prioritizes. Refers to Specialists. She has just returned from maternity leave and I have been able to get an appointment with Dr. Vartan Karakossian. He is as wonderful as Dr. S; he repeated lab studies and found that I did not have Diabetes and was taken off meds. I highly recommend both doctors — they cover all bases! The front office staff is wonderful too!

My mother, Eleanor Anderson, received superlative care by the doctor and all involved with this practice. She considers them "top of the line" from the smiles at check-in to the physical and the drawing of blood. Definite A+ from her. She would post this herself but doesn't have access to the internet (she's 90!).

It can be hard to find a great primary care doctor who also has an excellent office staff. Everyone who works here is kind, courteous, and professional. They’ve been so helpful and accommodating, definitely recommend!
