RC Willey

Living in southwest Wyoming provides some challenges where shopping is concerned. When my wife and I decided to get a new sofa sectional there was really only one choice… travel. We chose RC Willey as our destination and were very pleased with the decision. We were provided with a selection that seemed almost overwhelming. We found a set that we are very happy with and It was delivered and set up on the promised date for a fee that certainly wouldn’t cover the fuel expense of transportation. Great experience!

We had a great sales person. She helped us find what we were looking for quickly. We wouldn’t have known a sectional could be transformed into a love seat without her. She wasn’t pushy just helpful. The furniture came in just a few days and installed where we wanted it. A great experience and we love our new furniture.

We actually ordered our appliances over the phone. We knew what we wanted and trust RC Willey to be reliable. The delivery drivers were on time and kept us posted as to when they would arrive. We have always been happy with RC Willey and our purchases there. We continue to go back! We’re disappointed in the GE fridge we bought. Their quality has slipped quite a bit. Because they’re the only ones that make appliances in the slate color, we had to go with them. This has nothing to do with RC Willey’s reputation.

My microwave handle could not be repaired. LG microwave. So I needed a new microwave. I called LG to find out the dimensions. I looked online at RC Willey and found another LG that fit my dimensions. I called the Layton store spoke with the sales person… Todd B was his name, he was so nice. I really didn’t want to go into the store that day… He was very helpful and helping me make the decision to purchase the microwave over the phone. I did it he did everything he was supposed to do abs sent me the receipt. The installation company called me very professional sent me text messages. I scheduled it for Presidents’ Day installation. Then earlier this week I realized I could do it on Friday. I called the installation company back. They had an opening. The installation technician just left my house… So professional! It only took about 10-12 minutes for that install. I love the fact that I did not have to go into the store. Rc Willey, you are the best!

We had a really great experience. At first, I wasn’t so sure because the sales people follow you throughout the store even when you tell them you don’t need help. They have so many people working there that all the employees are just sitting on the couches playing games on their phones. We finally found a sales lady who knew what she was talking about, was very nice and helped us find the perfect couch for our space. She even came in on her day off to help us write everything up. Overall we had a really great experience!

Walking into RC Willey in Layton is like walking into a world of comfort and luxury. As soon as my husband and I set foot in the building we were greeted and welcomed by staff. We were just browsing the selections they had to offer for couches so we didn’t need assistance from the associates. Once I did need help we found someone and it was smooth sailing. They were able to give me a price breakdown of the sofa we wanted, how much insurance would be, delivery, etc. it was overall a wonderful experience. Lori was our sales associate and she is wonderful.
When we got our furniture delivered to the house I wasn’t satisfied with two of the pieces as they had some broken areas, RC IMMEDIATELY sent Maintenance out to check it out. Maintenance confirmed the broken pieces and put an order in for full replacement of the pieces we needed, free pick up and delivery to and from our house. We didn’t have to lift a finger. The new pieces are perfect and in great condition.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be continuing our journey of furnishing our home at RC Willey.

Had a great experience during our first visit to this RC Willey. We were immediately greeted after walking in. We were offered a free cookie voucher(which we misplaced but they still gave us cookies). We spent about an hour and a half checking out sofas and dinning tables. Our salesman Dewey was amazing, patient, and great with our kids. Glad to be purchasing from here. They did great to create a great environment!

Absolutely phenomenal service with the delivery team! They were able to deliver a 9ft Sofa up the stairs of my 4th floor apartment with no complaints and with great care! I would absolutely recommend paying for the delivery service!

The salespeople are very caring and make an excellent effort to understand your needs and to supply you with the best product. I absolutely love how you can interact with the salespeople on cell phones texting or calling. We live in a Cell Phone World, and I love how RC Willey's has adapted their sales department to interact with the cell phone world. We purchased a bed and TV on our last visit and we are so happy with the product and the salespeople. We have purchased other appliances in the past and have always had excellent service. Great experience with RC Willey! Amazing customer service and the delivery guys were attentive to details…watching to not ding my walls, set everything up where I wanted..etc. I appreciated the system for delivery and the updates to when they would arrive. Also came back to pickup one of the sofas that didn’t work well in our space afterall and had no trouble returning for a full refund. Highly recommend.

I recently moved and this was the first time I needed big appliances I got a washer and dryer from a very helpful in store rep Ryan C he was straight forward about costs and what I should expect for my monthly payments which helped me a lot understand what I could afford he also knew the products very well! He was the first great impression I got at the store a few days later was delivery day I was super excited to get my washer and dryer I expected to be waiting awhile for it to be delivered but it was installed by 10am! Braden I. was so quick he had the washer and dryer in my apartment within 10 minutes of arriving I couldn’t believe how fast he was! I was honestly impressed with how efficient he was. Our two delivery drivers were AMAZIN! We had a really difficult staircase situation to get our couch and love seat into a basement apartment and they didn’t give up! They tried multiple different things before finally finding a solution by coming through a different door. Those guys deserve a raise!

We needed several appliances due to move to new house. We found what we needed to fit our budget at RC Wiley. The service was great and we were able to get a great discount with our multiple purchases. There’s not another place that can beat their prices and excellent service and trust me I looked. Very good service. The salesman spent a lot of time explaining each washer and dryer so we could buy the one that fit our needs. He knew pros and cons of every machine! He was very pleasant and represented your company well. The deliver and set up was done perfectly. We even had our salesman call to make sure everything was done to our request. We will continue buying from RC Willey.
