I found nice items for a 50th birthday celebration. They offer excellent service in arranging a bouquet of balloons. Friendly staff all around. Great, affordable options for decorations and party needs.

Love the customer service, I always find exactly what I am looking for. Sometimes I have to call to check if they have certain items, if not In stock at on location, they always refer me to a store with the item in stock. Thank you!

Soooo many balloons! My goodness, they have everything you need for a party. Even pop up trash containers. So well organized by theme. It made me smile just to browse. Really worth a visit.

I buy most of all my kids birthday party decorations from here it’s always easy to find everything good customer service, and always somebody on the floor to help you

Idk why party city’s always seem so empty and uninviting. The staff at this location were great though m. There was a long line for balloons but they had everyone in and out the store in minutes, which I liked. They also had some really nice and unique arrangements made. Very impressed with this team

They had all I wanted and more, I bought a lot of Minecraft-themed items, from decorations to balloons and toys. My 7 year old loved them!

I like the variety of themes they have for all kinds of parties!

John was polite and helpful. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Each staff member was friendly and available to help me. Great selection party decorations and costumes. Happy. Happy.

Picked up an order on curbside pickup and they have excellent customer servic. We got our order right away and while I was still there setting up my GPS, another employee came to check to see if I had gotten my order already.

It was early in the day not a lot of customers yet. We needed some balloons for my Dad's 90th birthday. Which they have a big selection of. The store clerk was friendly and immediately help us with what we needed. The store appeared organized and clean.

I stop by on November 19th at 415 and was super impressed with both be female associate and male manager who helped me out. A Receipt I needed to hand in to my job got lost and the staff spent literally 30 minutes helping find the receipt and reprint it for me. I'm so grateful to them!! Everyone went above and beyond to help me!

All of the employees are very nice. I've never had a bad experience here. My very large birthday ballon popped on the way out to my car, and they graciously replaced it. It's a go to for all events and holidays.

Walked in with just a concept of a Halloween costume. I was immediately greeted and helped by Jaymira (not sure of spelling), who helped me find a wig which is almost the exact thing I had in mind. Then I wandered away and was greeted by Tia, who helped me find the “gown” I needed as well as the candles. These 2 are superb at customer service and deserve a ton of praise…. Maybe even a pay raise!

They had the stuff I needed, and the staff was very nice and respectful.

I looked all over for a kazoo. I found them here, and Jordan happens to be the Nicest ever.

Lots of variety for costumes, party decorations, and utensils. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
