Budget Car Rental

The budget at the Broward mall is a superb location. I have rented from here multiple times because they offer the best prices compared to other locations. There vehicles are modern and very well kept. Above all else, their customer service was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I highly recommend this location.

Well, at first I had a bad experience (almost 2 months ago) and I didn't plan on coming back. However, my car died for good and I had no choice but to rent a car at the last minute. I found that they are under new management and the costumer service is completely different now. It is amazing the impact of the attitude of someone on the other side of the counter... I've rented a car for over a month now and I will recommend anyone who needs to rent a car to come to this place. Thank you and I'll see you again soon!

We had a completely enjoyable car rental from Budget Car Rental at the Broward Mall thanks to Howard, who took care of all our needs. He was efficient and organized, as well as engaging and conversational in our transactions. He had the answers we needed and made car rental--not something we do often--easy and rewarding. The car we rented was easy and enjoyable to drive, clean and problem free, but more rewarding was the way Howard dealt with us. Customer service is often an endangered species but Howard made us want to come back here should we need another rental in the future. Too many companies rely on the cost saving potential of the online experience but Howard proved to us why friendly, intelligent human care is still the best service.

Stephen was amazing he was very friendly and easy breezy with no hassles. I rented a Nissan Rogue and was completely satisfied customer service is very important and I highly recommend you ask for him. I don't see how someone can make bad comments about him unless they were rude themselves. Can't always please everyone I guess especially if they got ghetto grammar lol
