I was at Aqualina , two weeks ago on a date , JACK was our server and food and his recommendations were incredible , we had the brochetas , then the gnochi with chicken in a 4 cheese sauce and then the lobster ravioli's and all of our food , came on time, very well presented and everything was delicious! For dessert we had the chocolate pistschio and the lemonchello was also great ! Great ambiance
Overall 9/10 definitely coming back and even though we got there at 8;45 and they close at 10 we had a great time.

Food is always delicious! Service, whether at the bar or table- top notch. Justin at the bar always makes the evening wonderful with his attention to detail with the drinks! This spot is always full whether Monday or Saturday night. Another thing, if there is anything you want/need/change etc let them know- never met an establishment that has staff that is so receptive and attentive!

This elegant Italian restaurant is a great place for a big group. They offer individual dishes and larger portions to share with a big family. The menu has classic Italian favorites like fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmesan. You'll also find high end salads, pizzas, and delicious steaks. They certainly have something for everyone. There are even some healthy choice options if you feel like cutting calories. We have been eating here since they opened. The service is great and the food is always perfect. The pastas are delicious and the sauce is very fresh. The braised short rib is a specialty that is tender and amazing. Make sure to save room for dessert. The tiramisu is probably the best I've ever had. They also have a beautiful bar so you can relax and enjoy a drink if you're not that hungry.

I really enjoyed the food, drinks and service. I ordered the gnocchi, Caesar salad and burnt broccoli along with the house old fashioned. The candle lit setting was very nice as well.

Fantastic date night! Service was perfection and the food was delicious. My only regret was not leaving enough room for dessert! We will definitely need to come back.

We had a beautiful time for dinner. We sat outside water and setting was just perfect. Our server Heisman was excellent. Bread was warm and tasty as usual. This go round we ordered for starters the Caesar salad with anchovies & meatballs. Entrees were the sole francese, linguine bolognese, and the veal special. Everything was delicious and we recommend!

We’ve been to most nice places in south Florida and you cannot beat the taste of the food nor the prices ANYWHERE. We sat outside with a lake and fountain view. GORGEOUS.and the service was EXCELLENT.

We have been coming here for years. Never disappointed. Beautiful indoor or outdoor seating . Very local and sociable place.

First off, the ambience is so beautiful overlooking a lake. The dining area is clean, soft music playing and the lights are dim. I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka and as imagined. It came out perfect. The temperature was piping hot (as it should be) the sauce was creamy and had excellent texture. The portion was plentiful. I also ordered an Espresso! The waiter was very attentive and service was great. I highly recommend Acquolina as Weston’s best kept secret.

Great dinner, great service and nice patio with water view. Some items are Al la carte but food was delicious. Drinks were as well.

John and his crew are the crème de la crème. My wife and I had our baby shower here yesterday. Not only was the crew at Acquolina very accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure every single one of our guest we treated right and happily fed. The food, the drinks, the ambiance all deserved a chef's kiss. Love this place and it meant everything how they took care of our families with the upmost care from start to finish. Definitely give them a shot whether it's for a lunch date during the week or a small gather/event on a weekend night. They can do it all.

Fabulous this Restaurant earned all 5 stars with flying colors. Upon entering seeing a clean beautiful restaurant with WHITE table cloths I was sold upon entry drinks amazing very good size homemade entree’s full of flavor seasoned to perfection appetizers desert bread and butter this place is amazing definitely worth a visit when you are in the Weston area and if your close to the area it is well worth traveling to thank you to this great staff at Auqolina

Delicious and authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Weston. Highly recommend the sea bass, gnochi, pork chop, & tiramisu!

To begin with, the very professional welcome, the very nice place and above all very clean, the fast service very professional and polite, Federico waiter and Diego his assistant, excellent people, the food was spectacular, delicious, very well prepared, excellent seasoning, everything was quick and well at a very good temperature , wow wonderful desserts and the prices go according to all of the above a quiet cozy atmosphere everyone really knows how to behave a highly recommended place 100% excellent I congratulate you keep it up. 👏👏👏

Went there for the first time last Sunday. Without a doubt, one of the best meals I ever had in my life. The food is fabulous. Everyone at our table loved their dishes. Will definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Never not an excellent meal at Acquolina! This is definitely a go-to restaurant when you want to have great drinks, top-notch service and truly delicious Italian-American fare.

When you walk in, they have an inviting bar area with ample seating. I love dining in their waterfront patio area. It's a great vibe, particularly If you're trying to avoid eating indoors.

You can't go wrong with anything you order here, but I highly recommend their: Chopped Salad, Eggplant Stack, Sole Oreganata, Penne Alla Vodka and their Burned Broccoli or Burned Green Beans. Be sure to leave room for any of their house-made desserts, as they are all really special.
