Huge, gorgeous 3 level Bloomingdales with excellent selections of men’s and woman’s clothes, fragrances, and decor, as well as 59th & Lex Cafe.

Stunningly Carey who just transferred down from Boca Raton, FL. In charge of Men’s collection, Thomas Pink brand was well experienced and helpful; went out of her way to found my unique fit which put me in a state of happiness! I will forever remember this lovely experience and I'm so happy to have her at this Bloomingdale's location! Thank you, Carey.

This review is specifically for all the ladies in the gift wrapping department. They are the best at what they do. Always courteous, efficient, patient, and meticulous with highest level of professionalism. Most of the items that I have them wrap is from outside purchases, but because I appreciate the quality work, I don't mind paying the fee. I'm definitely a satified customer. Hat's off to the ladies.

I wanted to order something at Bloomingdale’s and tried calling a few times to do so. Later on a nice lady picked up the phone, took the order, went to look for the item and called me later on as promised. I was very surprised because usually I never get a call back so I took my time to write a review. I am very thankful, I wish all the salespersons would care like she does. Lovely department store in the Aventura Mall. Lots of high end clothes. Constantly greeted by staff as I was shopping at different departments within the store. Check out was very easy too. I am very surprised by the ratings since the service here is very high. I will definitely come back to this Bloomingdales.

I love Bloomingdale's! I felt rich walking in the door and walking around... The beautiful decorum and lovely clothes made me feel wonderful. Even though I lost my job and am broke. I went with my girlfriend to return some shoes. The experience was awesome. One Love💕💕

Helpful associates like long time...

Went to the Aventura location to look @ new rugs. Had the most helpful associate also named William. After looking @ countless rugs and wearing this man ragged we picked out our favorite. The sales staff in this store are all so helpful and what I like about this mall is 5 or 6 floors of covered parking garage. They were ere able to fold this 8×10 rug small enough to fit in my little Fiat, and they brought it to the car and put it in for me. Thanks again to the wonderful staff @ Bloomingdale's Avetura Mall.

I went to buy cologne for my husband. One can get overwhelmed with so many fragrances but Betty was kind and helpful and knew what kind of scents I was looking for. Bought a nice Prada cologne set for my man and im happy. Thank you Betty.

You always find what you are looking for in Bloomingdales. It is a little bit pricey compared to Macy's or JC Penney but they have better brands.
Their cashmere collection is highly recommend.

This is very much a store for those who love their designer labels. I just went to look and tried to get one of those famous brown bags. Can't fault this store.
