I am from out of state. My doctor scheduled an echo here. I was treated very professionally and the tech was wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly. All personnel were courteous. I only hope my results were faxed and received by my cardiologist in St.Louis. if I need further help I definitely will return. Thank you!

Florida Heart Associates is a well run, professional office. The staff is very thorough, helpful, and informative, from the office staff to the nursing, technologists and doctors. The staff take the time to answer questions to make sure you are well informed and address your concerns. I highly recommend this exceptional office.

Superb cardiologists and staff. Great customer service and attentiveness in a convenient location. I've received first rate care and have had them schedule me for appointments and procedures depending on severity. They managed to get me in quickly to see the physicians when urgency was required. We are fortunate to have the finest cardio care here in SWFL with Florida Heart Associates.

The receptionist sets the tone for the visit. She was cheerful and greeted me warmly. My nurse was courteous yet professional in assisting me. Finally, my doctor, Dr. Agarwal, is the best. He has a quiet demeanor but behind that facade, he is so knowledgeable it creates confidence in the patient.

Staff and professional doctors are so supportive, generous and caring! My mother as been a patient there for many years and we have always been very pleased with their outcome and professional decisions based on her health and guidance! We truly value and respect Heart Associates.

Dr. Bailey was very good in listening to my health concerns. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. My overall experience was excellent and feel good that I have found a good cardiovascular doctor's. He is very easy to talk to and answered all my questions throughly. Highly recommend!

I arrived for my appointment (Nuclear Stress Test) early and was immediately taken in. All of the personnel were very pleasant and professional. What would take place was explained completely and any questions I had were answered. A very compassionate caring group of professionals at this location.

My office visits always are on time! I can count on the staff at Florida Heart Associates to be very efficient and to pay attention to my concerns. Dr. Kenneth Towe has always taken plenty of time with me and explains any conditions or issues that I have, with clarity and in a way I can understand.
This is the finest medical team that I have dealt with by far.

I would take dad to his appointments and this is a great bunch. Nurses and the Dr were always attentive to his condition and needs. Dad is no longer with us because of something else. Yes I recommend this place 100%.

Dr Henry Hon is the best cardiologist I’ve had here in Florida. I’ve been with him now for nearly for six years. He’s treated me in Gulf Coast hospital with procedures discovering a silent heart attack I had years previously and has treated me with medications long term with fantastic results. I highly recommend his services and knowledge.

After having too many experiences with family at another large local group and looking at the grim reaper too many times, it’s refreshing to be in a top notch group. Professional, experienced and courteous is what you will find here. Have a question, they will get back with you, not days or weeks later. After 5 years of suffering getting to the bottom of it. Dr Burrow, Katie and the rest of the staff is phenomenal. Have no fear of not being taken seriously, they are on top of everything. I have recommended 5 patients over to them. Not one is unhappy. Thank you Dr Burrow and Katie.

Great place and I waited in less than a minute. Efficient check-in and very little wait time. Surgeon was impressive in explanation of device to be implanted. Thorough and patient with my O and A. Great receptionists!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. My appointment was on time, the nurses are very good and the Doctors I’ve seen have been very informative and patient listening and answering my questions and concerns! Put me and my husband at ease!

I own a business...so I'm one a tight schedule. They got me in quickly ( waited in the waiting maybe 3 mins) My doctor was very friendly and explained everything to me in layman's terms, answering all my questions and concerns. Very pleased with my experience

Very professional. Dr. Sosa spent time both listening and then sharing relevant information and explanation of key next steps. The office was also very prompt in scheduling next steps for my procedure.

I just have to say that Tonya, who assists in scheduling appointments, is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I needed follow up appointments asap and we all know there's a waiting line for anything in cardiology. Well, she went out of her way to find me an appointment and was able to get me in as soon as the following week. Even more so, we had to schedule the final appt for another 6 weeks out--- She actually followed up with me a few days later once another opening came available and now I'm able to get my results much, much sooner. Not to mention she's extremely friendly and polite. I can't tell you the last time I've received service as good as this. And for something that's as important as meeting with the Cardiologist--it's just an absolute pleasant surprise to receive such good help. THANK YOU!!!

I just can't say enough about Florida Heart Associates EVERYONE is so kind,helpful and knowledgeable from the second that you go through those doors till you go back out. I have been a patient of Dr. Escarcega for over a year now. Every time I see him he is professional as well as friendly. He always explains everything in a way that I as the patient can understand. He also has a way of calming you even though I have a serious Heart issue. I recommend him 100% to anyone that needs to see a Heart Specialist.
