My experience with Nicole was outstanding! She notarized my document, all while greeting me with a warm smile. I appreciate the kindness + excellent service, and will certainly be returning for any future notary needs. Highly recommend!

Nicole has been a presence in this store since I moved down this way at least a year ago. She is always friendly, despite the fact that she has more Amazon orders coming in the door than one can possibly handle. She gets right down to business to get everything processed asap and keeps the move through the overflowed door moving.

I recently experienced EXCEPTIONAL service at the UPS Store! The ladies there processed my request promptly and were incredibly pleasant to interact with, making the entire experience positive & efficient. Highly recommend their services!

Went in to ship four large boxes to NH. The store employee was alone, so there was a bit of a wait, but she handled everyone quickly. This was the first time I've had to ship a large shipment, but she was extremely helpful, patient, and pleasant. I will definitely use this store for my shipping needs in the future.

Easy and fast service. The staff was helpful and kept the line moving. I didn’t wait more than a minute and they had everything I needed to send back my internet modem. I’m glad I’m moving to a UPS store that will be close to me.

My opinion I think $10 for a simple notary is a little too much. All their doing is watching you sign them they sign and stamp it.

I never have an issue here. I walk in and I’m helped in a timely manner and BOOM, out the door and on my way. Trust me I come ill prepared. No tape, no labels on boxes and they assist me with smiles and politeness every time. THANK YALL!

The staff at this store is very knowledgeable and accommodating. They take the time to pack everything carefully so no damage occurs. I have used this location for 2 years now and won’t switch.

I came here to print and fax some papers and I had a blast talking to the ladies working there about star wars and The Mandalorian, especially the lady with the glasses. Great customer service!! 🙂👍🏿

Dulcet n Nicole were terrific..after battling with fema n multiple trips to Bass Rd site..we got denied..these ladies helped us by printing n coping..remember we lost everything soo no computer no printer..but these 2 wonderful ladies calmed us down
.helped us out we were able to submit a appeal..thank you both♡

Love having my UPS box. I shop online and it's great to have my packages received, held in a safe air conditioned location and Saida calls me to let me know when my coffee arrives. They package my shipments safely for me. So worth what I pay to have this box. Great service from this team. Very Happy customer.

UPS is lucky to employ Morgan! She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful arranging for two shipments from Fort Myers to Canada. She demonstrated attention-to-detail, the ability to multi-task, and explain a process to a co-worker, while maintaining a positive courteous attitude to all in a busy work environment.
