Extremely extremely unprofessional ....unorganized.. ...if you want your medication inconsistently or not at all this is the pharmacy for you... they tell you things they don't do and make promises they don't keep my recommendation is go to Walgreens or CVS... you know it's bad when the pharmacy manager is unprofessional

Their staff is super unprofessional!!! Hang up on you after they put you on hold claims its tge system so if it was than why dont they call you back? Claims I am lying about running out of my medication! DO NOT go there not only that their english is horrible!

worse pharmacy in town. they keep my daughter medicin for a complete week without letting me know. when I asked cvs to request them transfer the prescription they keep it for two more days. Terrible

I take needed medicine, I spoke with the pharmacy and was told they would be sent. Over 2 weeks later, I called Genoa pharmacy, instead of admitting they made a mistake, they made excuses. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I highly recommend using someplace else!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Hung around to have meds filled only to find out they sent them to another pharmacy that wouldn't fill them due to numerous errors on their part!!! Total waste of time!!
