Shelby has been so amazing! We have been working on an issue with our lender for two months and she has been there with me every step of the way. She tells me all the things i need to know or even tells me what to say to help resolve my issue. She even did a conference call with them for over and hour. She is so responsive and such a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Full Spectrum to anyone! They are on top of everything and so knowledgeable. We appreciate this team!
