Great store with excellent customer service. Make sure to go here and shop and see Sadie if interested in purchasing. We had to have a couple of our Yurman pieces serviced and they made everything so easy and enjoyable. Carlos, the manager, assisted as well and it couldn't have gone any smoother and easier. This will be our only David Yurman location for any of our DY needs. Thank you!

Today, I was assisting a friend locate the David Yurman Cable Pink Rubber Bracelets. I contact David Yurman at Aventura Mall and was greeted by Sarah who knew exactly what I was searching for.

I sent my friend, Adrienne, to collect the items and as she entered the store was immediately welcomed in by Teran. Very helpful, extremely pleasant and took care of my needs. Adrienne also interacted with Sameer and Sakai.

Overall, this was a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Good service ever

I love David Yurman. Not only are their items made with quality craftsmanship; they last forever. At this location in particular, I am always warmly greeted, treated professionally and attended to with the utmost professionalism. Jose Ruiz, the store manager, is a gem. He is patient, kind, and has a customer for life.

OMG the Representative there was so patient and helpful he toke time to show me and my daughters everything I wanted to see
Even though I explained that I wasn't buying now but looking for my birthday gift in Dec he gave us the royal treatment
Now the only reason I'm no getting anything there is the policy (no warranty on goods)

The salesgirl didn't look happy i was returning something. Maybe retail isn't the correct job for her, it happens!

David Yurman is known for its customer service and jewelry. If you want to be disrespected to your face I definitely recommend their store in Aventura. I walked into the store and was not even greeted. I came in today because I had a problem with a recent order and once explaining what had happened I was disgustingly belittled by the employee. She told me they had to send the items to New York as if it were a problem and continued by saying she was busy with a customer which she then asked her “customer” if they needed help as they were walking out. I had a good amount of product of David Yurman’s on my hands as a sign of a loyal customer, for her to had turned her face on me as if I were a nobody. I did not get her name since I was in utter shock but her description is as follows; she is a heavy, brunette and was working today at around 1pm. She needs to be called out since she does not know how to represent a prestigious brand.

Very poor customer service. Didn’t even greet us when we came in to shop, no help was offered. Was busy on their computers doing inventory and seemed annoyed we walked in the store, which caused us to walk right out. Recommend going to shop at a different location. So sad for such a high end brand.
