Temple Beth Shalom

Beautiful Temple with beautiful people who make you feel welcome like family. Cantor Barry has a beautiful voice and is a great leader here in prayer services. He has a great sense of humor and very entertaining too.
They love and welcome children and interfaith families. If you are looking for a reformed temple look no further. You won’t be disappointed and eager to go again. We made the hour drive from our home and it is so worth it!

Love the warm feeling from the minute you walk in. Very friendly congregation. Cantor Barry who took the place of our retired Rabbi treats everyone like family .He has a great voice, it makes singing for Friday nights service beautiful. TBS has a choir. There are many activities going on. Children are welcome and so are interfaith families. You will not be disappointed. I did my checking of other Temples in the area and found a family here.

Cantor Barry has a beautiful voice. The Torah service is uplifting. The congregation makes newcomers feel welcome. Wonderful place for my children to make their mitzvahs.

The congregation is warm and welcoming. The rabbi is beyond extraordinary making everyone feel like family. If you are searching for a religious center to enhance your spiritual life and feel like you belong...this is the place!

Very family oriented! The flock are amazing and friendly! The rabbi makes me laugh and you feel the warm hug from her and the congregation! Very warm, inviting and friendly!!

I've lived in Lee County my entire life I've been to all the temples. this temple in bodies everything I believe Judaism should be. they believe in community Above All Else. this will be my third Shabbat and I already feel like a member of the congregation thanks to the people in that community. I love Temple Beth Shalom.

We went several times
Tried on several occasions to talk to Rabbi
She was very standoffish and never had any time to welcome us
Some of the other people were nice and some wouldn’t give us the time of day
We went to a potluck put our stuff on a table and tried to talk to Rabbi (she didn’t have the time). We went back to our table and a group had come in and moved our stuff because they needed the seats. They were very rude to us and then the rabbi came over and welcomed them
She has never ever tried to talk to us. We found the place very unwelcoming
