New to Florida from Ohio. I really like this shop. I was greeted with a big smile and hello. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond trying to accommodate me in finding all black scrubs and with a fit I felt comfortable in. I definitely felt like I was a valued customer and will be back for sure for future purchases.

Every time I have come here I have gotten superior service. Even met the owner who was very nice and actually had a conversation with me. Don’t find this quality of service much these days!! Not to mention they have the best selection. They are the only scrub store that carries my brand. I will be back and recommend to everyone!

I’ve been coming here for years & have nothing but great things to say. They’re uniforms are phenomenal & they’re prices are standard. They do give discounts for nurses week, 20% off & they give you a stamp card for each purchase. They’re very knowledgeable & helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They close whenever they want and open whenever they want. This is the third time I come and find it closed even though I'm within their opening hours. Ridiculous!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I wish I could give 0 stars. I visited this location looking for scrubs in Cherokee Luxe and iFlex brands. Initially, the employee helped me find some scrubs that weren't from the brands I mentioned I was looking for. The first set fit me baggy and was a rough material. The employee then showed me two other sets that were petite-sized but ended up fitting much too tight. Lastly, she found a set of Cherokee Luxe scrubs that fit pretty well but not as nice as I would have liked them to, and only one set was available (I needed multiple sets). I explained to the employee that I was gonna visit another store nearby to see if they offered the products I was looking for, but if not I would come back for the set. The store owner overheard me saying this and said "If you wanted a specific brand you should have just said that to begin with?".(BUT I HAD!) She told me I HAD WASTED AN HOUR OF HER TIME (I was only there for 30 mins.) AND NOW I WASN'T GONNA BUY FROM HER. She said "YOU'RE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THAT COMES TO THE STORE JUST TO TRY ON THE SCRUBS AND BUY THEM ONLINE. WHATEVER JUST GO AND COME BACK ONCE YOU SEE WE HAVE BETTER PRICES." Obviously, I told her I was NEVER COMING BACK AFTER SHE DISRESPECTED ME LIKE THAT. I ended up going to a store nearby called All Uniform Wear, they had a large selection, great customer service, and BETTER PRICES! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE THE OWNER IS HORRIBLE!

Worst service ever, CVS referred a family member who needed a walker and the owner (I’m gonna assume it’s the owner since she won’t take your referral if she “doesn’t know you”) called back stating she doesn’t know who the person is so why are we sending a medical prescription.... the name of this location says it all. Don’t refer to them. Nasty customer service skills. Learn to run a business.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I visited recently and the owner was very RUDE and CONDESCENDING. They need to up their customer service. There is a bunch of other scrubs and uniform stores around the area that are much better than them. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

The owner was condescending and rude to her employee and customer on both of my visits. Maybe she was having a bad day, coincidentally, on both days I visited, but not professional. Also, selection was quite limited. Will not return, will not recommend.

Sign says Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm drove there and arrived at 4:47pm and was closed, very poor way to do business.
