They do not receive my emails and they do not want to fix the problem. Now I have to drive down there to register our license. The lady, Josie, was rude and acted like it's nothing that she'd make me drive all the way out there instead of looking in to their system to get it to work correctly. Super bad attitude, and lack of consideration for the clients she serves. To think it's our tax dollars paying for this lack of incentive and professionalism.

Permit fees are outrageous for a mechanical permit permit residential $180.00. Cannot justify how they come up with that amount. On top of permit fee at $125 they are charging $45 for replacement of compressor or air handler.
