Very nice people but not sure the right knows what the left is doing, was told needed 24 hour notice, now its a week notice. Told me to book for October but its all good i guess, im a disabled veteran and my wife worries about me falling but i can drive and load wheelchair, i worry about others that cant.

My wife was treated with the up most in disrespect today. The driver was extremely rude to her. Was very late in attempting to pick her up. Had to do it myself. That driver needs to learn customer service. All this happened between 3 to 3:45pm today. Something needs to be done. That mess was uncalled for.
