AT&T Store

The best AT&T experience I've had and I've been with AT&T since they were Cingular Wireless. Kennedy asked what I needed. I said, "upgrade two phones, add a line for a watch and remove a tablet line that hasn't been used in 3 years." She responds, "I can upgrade both and add the watch, but the line you have to call AT&T." No run around, no difficulty, just matter-of-fact. Love it. Called and had taken off when I returned home. I just turned in the two previous phones today and thanked her again. I requested the auto-add of NextUp be removed while I was turning in phones. She let me know you can only do that through the app or calling. Store and Kennedy are great. AT&T still up to their nickel and dime schemes. Make sure you check what's auto-added to your account and take care of it timely. It's a hassle every time I have to change something on my plan and has been for decades. That is the world we live in as SaaS and the spinoffs are pushed into every aspect of our lives until Corporatism disguised as Capitalism finally collapses. Go see Kennedy and her team if you want a no frills smooth customer experience.

I went with a SIM card read issue and both Connor and Amari were lovely. They were helpful and knowledgeable about ky issue and helped me quickly and with great customer service. I love that this location has such friendly people! P

After having a 1 star experience at the AT&T store in Downtown Ringgold (seriously the girl is horrible save yourself the agony) we met Conner in the Fort Oglethorpe store…..he was a breath of fresh air!!!

If you forget his name (he has the beard and tattoo’s) Conner is awesome and professional and knowledgeable and helped us upgrade our screwed up phone and got us on our way quickly! 5 stars! Thanks Conner!

Alex at the Battlefield Parkway location rocks. He was very knowledgeable and made sure he explained how my bill would appear after adding a line and a new device. He was friendly and professional. Everyone was actually.

Switching phone carriers was both confusing and overwhelming; taking several hours to setup and transfer info to 4 new phones. The people at this store (especially Kennedy) were utterly fantastic. Very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They made the entire experience much easier. Thank you so much! I will definitely stay with AT&T for a very long time because of them.

I came in to switch service from tmaybe and Connor got my port taken care of in under an hour and set me up with service,ipads and watches. His honesty and good vibe really sets this store apart. The assistant manager Ariana was super nice and friendly as well she is a shining ray of sunshine 🌞

They greeted me at the entrance and were eager to assist me. They had my order prepared and correct. The store rep seemed fairly new, but other more experienced reps were close by and ready to help her with the few steps she seemed unsure about. Overall, I had a very good experience. Much better than past experiences with other wireless carriers.

Employees were so helpful! We had multiple problems at an AT&T in my hometown so we drove up to Battlefield Pkwy and got all of our problems solved! Great costumer service and was very nice and helpful!

The Fort O store has a great vibe and the employees are super helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Nick when I took my elderly mother, who is on a budget, to get a new phone. Nick was kind, patient, and thorough as he walked us through each step of the process of changing plans and setting up a new phone. I highly recommend visiting the Fort O store and asking for Nick.

Conner was our associate and he did a phenomenal job setting us up with a new plan. He was very very patient. He's at the Ft Oglethorpe Georgia location.

I am extremely grateful for the kind of customer service that I experienced at this store. I upgraded my phone this week, but when I looked at my account online today, things didn't look right at all. I called AT&T corporate customer service directly, and by the time they were finished with me, I was convinced I was going to have to return my new phone and buy a new one and ask for the restocking fee to be waived just to correct what I perceived to be a huge problem. I went to the store, and much to my chagrin was quite rude to the staff. Shawn, however, was patient and attentive and explained in detail what was going on and that everything was OK. Why AT&T corporate customer service couldn't explain things as clearly as he did, I do not know.

Many thanks to Shawn for his assistance, patience, and professionalism. If you ever end up working with him, I know you will be in good hands!

They are always very helpful. One of my cards in my pocket make my phone start doing weird stuff and they was able to fix it in just a few minutes!

Mia is just delightful! We walked in and she immediately smiled and was able to help us with everything we needed!! So much better than the girl in Ringgold. She is the bomb diggity!!

Connor was super cool,helped me multiple times I went into the store with my phone and plans.
I had many questions and problems with my old Samsung and he knew exactly what to do to fix it !

This store is awesome. Ariana took the time to really research and try to fix my problem. She was so pleasant and good natured to work with through the whole experience.

I was immediately helped when I walked through the door by Kennedy. She was so nice and explained everything in detail. We went to upgrade one phone and ended up upgrading three. She took her time to go over accessories and answer my many many questions. She was so kind and a joy to deal with. I will definitely look for her every time I go in there. The Employee Nick was very helpful from the second I walked through the door. Helped me like I was a family member and has made my expirence with AT&T so easy with his knowledge of everything. He personally checks in afterwards to make sure everything is still working. Best mobile carrier experience so far

I had a great experience at my fort oglethorpe location! I can’t remember the sales associates name but she was so helpful and sweet. She was very informative and answered all of my questions that I had. She also set up everything up on my new IPhone 11 for me so I didn’t have to! Hopefully she will be there when I need a new phone again or anything else!
