Dr. Zavala and Dr. Mosquera are the best dentist I’ve seen they listen to your concerns and help you find solutions. The office staff and dental assistant are amazing. They are kind and caring and truly know how to make you feel apart of the family. I definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for new office to go.

I’ve struggled all my life when going to the dentist, I absolutely hate it! I’ve also had two awful experiences so I’m terrified of even stepping foot at a dentist office. That all changed with family first, from the receptionist to the doctor everyone is simply wonderful! Everytime i go, the assistant is always striking up conversation with me to get me to relax, once the doctor starts working he continuously checks in to make sure I’m comfortable. The doctor is incredibly nice to the assistants while working and is an overall amazing person.

Dr. Z and his team are the greatest. The quality and care they put into their work is remarkable. The professional environment he has created makes coming to the dentist a breeze!

As a new patient to this location, the office staff, especially Poly, was very helpful and knowledgeable,she answer all the questions regarding billing and the treatment plan.The Dr. Mauricio Mosquera, it's a wonderful dentist, very welcoming personality, combined with his expertise, he took my pain away and fixed my problem.
Vanessa, the doctor's assistant, was very friendly and professional, She paid very close attention to details, explaining all the steps, and that made me feel very comfortable. Best dentist visit by far. We came to this office after a horrible visit with another dentist office. Dr mosquera and his staff welcomed us and were incredible. From the minute you walk in you are greeted and the front desk staff is so nice and helpful. The DR is very knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain the problem, exactly what he planned to do, and the expected results. My daughter hates going to a dentist but loves Dr mosquera and is willing to go back without a fight 😁. Great office super clean. Came for a check up and saw Dr. Zavala the newest addition to the team and he was great very thorough and took his time . The atmosphere and attention never fails here.

This by far has been my best dental experience. I was scared to death and Ill with the though of just hearing the drilling or even feeling pain. NO PAIN! Dr. Mosquera and his staff were very courteous, and professional. A Great Office, especially Ms. Polly (assistant) was amazing made me feel very comfortable. The office and treatment rooms were very clean, with a serenity atmosphere and I have to say great music. I highly recommend Family First Dentist in Kissimmee they are awesome.

I needed a new dentist because my dentist’s office kept getting new/temporary dentists. I never knew who I was going to have. I chose Dr. Mosquera’s office because they had good reviews, so I thought I’d check it out. They definitely live up to their reputation! The office is very friendly and courteous. They couldn’t be nicer! They did a thorough cleaning and exam and explained everything they were doing, if anything needed to be done and asked if I had any questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I didn’t feel like they just wanted my money. Dr. Mosquera is definitely my new dentist!! I highly recommend him!

Literally just got home after my first visit. Starting to say it was very pleasant . Very clean. Had a consultation, exam and X-Ray for very cheap price. Pauly (sorry if I wrote it wrong lol) was very nice, thoroughly answered my questions, explained everything and advised me on dental insurance for my needs. Very professional. Dr. Mosquera was quick, nice and gentle. Will definitely make this my to go Dentist.

Dr. Mosquera really cares about his patients and really takes the time to know each situation.
