*Positives:
• Clean, Updated Rooms
• Accessible Rooms that are actually accessible friendly for the most part.
• Smart TV & Free Wi-Fi
• Tech friendly outlets
• Dog Friendly
• 10/10 walking for food/gas/etc
• Staff is kind, respectful, patient and helpful
• Decent Coffee in Lobby
• Micro/Fridge in room
• Spacious, efficient room layout
• Well lit exterior with no issues with loud noises or other guests (stayed super bowl Sunday so was expecting there too be)
• No bugs in sight
*Negatives:
• No hot/continental breakfast as promised on their official website
• ADA rooms in back do NOT have easily accessible parking spots nearby or a ramp in the middle section, they do have them available on either end of the building.
*Overall:
The stay was actually amazing, had issues with Agoda (do not book with them). We got in at 2am and Brie was so nice and accommodating. Greg was also extremely patient and helpful in the morning, as was the maintenance director (I'm sorry I don't recall his name). The accessible room we were in may pose some issues with slipping if feet are wet outside of the bathroom, so be careful. Room was clean, no bugs (I check everywhere). All rooms are now smoke free, so no awful smell. Shower was actually nice with plenty of safety bars and an actual shower seat. We are absolutely going to be staying here again

Newly Renovated, and the room was perfect for the night during our trip through. Basic needs met, clean bed, shower, hot water, and TV. Love the shower head, its like a rainfall. Close to highway, gas station, food. My only negative is the pillows are very stuffed and firm, hurts my neck, but still good for one night. EDIT, boyfriend loved the bed and pillows.
I was confused whether or not we get breakfast in morning, it says so on google, but the answer is no. Just coffee in the lobby avaliable, boyfriend drinks it - I don't. He's picky with what he puts in the coffee, so we did not use it.

Best place I have stayed in a long time. Nice people. Nice accommodations. Very clean. Looks nice. No complaints at all. Not one. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Thank you Matt (front desk guy)!! You are amazing 👏.

Crystal/Krystal at the front desk last night was awesome. She is definitely a trooper with all the people who were there to book a hotel, but she handled it like a boss and I reminded her to breath lol. Thanks girl. Next time in the area I will book here again cause of you. Room was clean, and nice. Can't find another hotel with low rates in the area.

I just “ love” when people pick the cheapest hotel in the area and then find all kind of reasons to not like it.
Our room was very nice, very clean with huge TV and plenty of clean towels .
It was very quite despite standing right to the busy road. Our room didn’t have concrete floors as mentioned in reviews . It was covered by manufactured wood and looked very nice. Bathroom was very clean with nice hot shower. Mattresses were foam and I personally love them That’s all we needed for overnight stay and continued with our trip .
Of course we heard people conversing while passing by our room but the fact is we live in a world full of people.
We saw lots of families with kids staying here .

Very nice and remodeled. Lots of little roach like bugs though, probably killed 10 of them in the one night we stayed. There was a couple arguing in the parking lot for hours. Probably some people that lived there.

Has a great location and great rooms. The bed is memory foam which is amazing. Water pressure is amazing. You can tell the place has been remodeled and the employees are amazing. There is nothing that comes to mind for improvements. They hit everything on the head and it's worth the money.

We arrived very early in the morning. Check in was fast, smooth, and easy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were apprehensive of past reviews, but all the rooms have been remodeled. All new furniture, no scratches, dings, or dents. The bed was super comfortable with fluffy pillows. Concrete floors. The room was equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, good wifi, and USB plugins. Overall the room was very welcoming. Will stay again if I’m passing through.

Great hotel room very happy. Only issue was the sliding shower door was broken. It wasn’t the end of the world. I was able to close it but that was slightly annoying. I other than that A+.

The hotel was definitely worth the money I paid. The staff was amazing. They go above and beyond what their job requires and make sure the property is clean and safe. Newly renovated. Only one (kind of) Complaint I have is how the shower doors are set up. You have to get all the way in the shower to turn the water on and adjust temperature so you better have a plan before entering. The water pressure was incredible. Wish my shower at home put out that kind of pressure and a large shower head that puts out a lot of water. Beds were firm but we slept well.

The staff here is 😍 amazing, good human beings and care. The beds are so comfy and one of the cleanest and fairly priced in the city of Chattanooga TN. I don't think anyone could go wrong staying here. Always my favorite place to stay! Thanks to the staff, all the staff at Stay Express inn, East ridge TN

Honestly, for the price, they were amazing. Clean rooms, softest warm beds, WORKING AC, walk in shower and I heard they have plans for a dog park soon. They are also right by the highway and perfect for a stay over. The rooms with the AC running was super quiet and I actually felt like I slept all night. Only thing is that it didn’t feel 100% safe but the doors were heavy. The window’s could also be covered a bit more but if you’re tired enough it doesn’t matter.

Clean, well-appointed room. SUPER comfy bed.Nice lighting. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water too. Loved the walk-in shower in the room we had. Park outside your door if on the 1st level. At first, I found it strange that there was no carpet but understand why the floors were bare. Musty mold smells hide in the carpets in the south of the USA. This room smelled great! The price of the room was VERY reasonable. 100% would stay again : )

First time staying but come to Chattanooga often couldn't be any more convenient to everything in east ridge very friendly and helpful staff, clean, nice,spacious rooms they really stay on top of stuff here love it all 5/5 which is rare for me at hotels but will definitely be back!

Room was clean. It had a microwave and mini fridge which was quite helpful. Shower had good pressure. A/C worked great. Unfortunately TV was not working. Restaurants at walking distance and Dunkin’s next door!

The front office staff was exceptional! Rooms were very clean with easy access. Price was great! Beds were super comfy! We were just looking for a decent place to stay for the night and it was really nice for the price. Usually those really low price hotels can be dirty or something doesn't work or some other disappointing issue but not this place. Worth the stay!!

I really like the rooms , good colors for the room and bed set.. I would recommend getting a top floor room because you can here people walking or running in the room if u stay on the bottom floor... nice open showers also..

For a budget price we were expecting far less, but they have recently refurbished the whole complex and it is both very tidy and clean, but also comfortable.
Got to say...the beds, are THE most comfortable beds I've slept on for a VERY long time and pillows and linen were of equal quality. For a budget stay when you're on the road, you probably won't beat this place. Staff were prompt and helpful too. Highly recommended!

What a great value! Got this booking on a Priceline opaque deal (they just give me a price, not the hotel) and I am so glad I did that.

Hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Clean room, clean bed. I like the concrete floors too, hotel carpet always is gross. The room is a bit small but traveling solo it’s perfect. If I had the whole family it’d be a squeeze but it might work. Room has a microwave and mini fridge which used to be common but seems to be going away in a lot of budget hotels.

Desk manager was very friendly and helped me with parking a large moving truck and trailer.

Super Convenient to I-75 and surrounded by a bunch of food options and walkable to a gas station next door with a lot of options.

Chattanooga is always my half way point stop-off on road trips between Michigan and Florida. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels on this strip but never this one specifically. I’ll definitely be staying here from now on.

Nice bed. Really good shower pressure. Smart TV and good ac. Great price.
