Miguelo's Cafe & Bar

My Puerto Rican bestie took me to this wonderful place for the first time and I was beyond impressed! It was a casual and homey place, decoration, and atmosphere - so simple and so cozy! The live music was playing, people were laughing and dancing. I guess it was exactly what I needed at the time - something very simple and fun. The service was very friendly and sweet. And the food was phenomenal! All the dishes were so delicious! I'm especially pleased to have options as a vegetarian. I'm definitely coming back more than once! Highly recommend!

Went on a Sunday evening and the atmosphere was super fun. The DJ was playing on the porch, people were dancing and having a good. This is not a quiet place, but the staff is very welcoming. The food was delicious, I had the churrasco and mofongo that were cooked perfectly. Well definitely be going back again.

Food (and flavor) was authentic! We ordered a super sampler, bistec empanado with mofongo and it was all great.

There are very few restaurants that I've eaten at so many times I can't count. This is one of them. Always a solid choice and never disappoints. It's honestly a Sunday tradition for my wife and I.

My 5 star review is based on my customer experience. Let me begin by saying that the food was amazing. The Chef deserves 6 stars. The lobster 🦞 was so good. The Churrasco and mofongo were crazy good. The plate portions were massive. Let me tell you the best part was the service. Our server Alondra was Amazing. My family fell in love with her. Her professionalism is out of the chart. Our rate for her is 7 stars. The price is fair when you receive such great and tasty food. Dear owner our congratulations and respect for running your restaurant with high standards. The music was awesome 😎. After dinner we stayed for a dance. The salsa band was really good. You need to open a location with live music in our hometown Katy, TX.

Just as snack as I depart the area. Carne frita was juicy and not dry, tostones de pana were tasty and with just the right crunch. The atmosphere was quaint. I hope to order again in the future.

My first time here was really nice! The service was great and attentive. The food was a great price and the portion size was huge! Definitely recommend the Cuban sandwich!! Yummy 😋

The most amazing Trifongo with Pollo a la Criolla. Delicious! You could easily share this dish. Fun place with a happy staff.

All their food is delicious. I can't wait to come back. And the prices are incredibly reasonable. The service was unique! The waiter even took us a picture. If you go try the octopus with trifongo. Oh my God!

Loved this little Puerto Rican restaurant. It's like a little piece of the island. It's a little bit hidden in plain sight next to a corner of a street. Once you actually park & see the little flags waving, it's like you're arriving to a "chinchorro". Once inside there's a little quaint bar with medalla shirts & island memorabilia, & when you pass the bar a small space appears to resemble a cozy restaurant. Customer service is great & the food was PERFECT. I ordered a medalla with tostones de pana which were 👌 on point. I also ordered a triplet that for $7.59 (fries included) I thought was too much since in the island you can get the sandwich & can of coke for $5 after hrs. The triplet here was like 3 sandwiches long!! So literally at least 2 to 3 people can eat from it & & it was the bomb! Also the trifongo was delicious & well made. Food was hot, not overcooked & served in a reasonable time. RECOMMENDED for sure!

Yuca mofongo was awesome!. Actually, all the dishes we ordered had very good puertorrican flavor. The mofongo relleno was huge!

Huge café and bar. Live music on Saturday's Finger food menue. Parking in back and front. Excellent service. Lots of fun.

Good experience, although we waited quite long was worthy, the food was delicious, the presentation amazing,good services and very polite the employees. Definitely we are going back.
