Roger Cline was such a wonderful person to work with. I needed brakes for my dodge promaster so I can drive with a trailer wherever my heart desires. He took the time to show me the difference in the breaks, at each price range. I know for sure I got the best product for my money, all thanks to Roger's kind, educational customer service. Highly recommended I am very very happy thanks so much Roger!

One of the best places to go to for parts. Unfortunately there was no aftermarket part for the bushing I was looking for but the person at the counter was so kind as to find the part number for me so I could order it online. I wish I could have got it from them because that is what you call good customer service. I'll still go here of course for anything I can get in store.

After trying to get assistance over the phone for nearly an hour from the Zephyrhills location Cindy, the manager, answered right away and helped me out, I had my answer in about 30 seconds. The Zephyrhills location called me back to try to chastise me for calling too much. Don't call Ricky at the Zephyrhills location because he will absolutely refuse to help you and will tell you he's too busy because the Dade City location never has any customers in-store on Sunday. So, if you need anything on Sunday, go to this location, call this location because it's a ghost town on Sundays.

I don't know what's going on with Napa used to be a great place to go to you could always find what you need and the help was fantastic last time I was there I stood there for 10 minutes before they even recognize that I was there they were waiting on other people coming through the door before they waited on me cuz it's like I was invisible I don't know the change management or something

This is kinda late but I work a lot thanks to Luis I still have a job to say that...I couldn’t get the part I needed and almost lost my job I love but Luis went above and beyond by helping me find something that could make my part usable and actually rebuilt my part right there and with a 50 50 chance it could work or fall apart I was so grateful that someone cared enough to help me as he did I will only get my parts from Napa Bc after walking in hopeless and walking out happy It showed they cared about their customers and that isn’t an easy thing to find these days...so thanks Luis you are awesome I’ll be seeing you soon For more vw parts!

I went to Napa today to pickup a master power window switch for my car. I had the good fortune of Luis helping me. I asked a few questions about the part if it was possibly the problem . Long story short Luis goes out to my car and starts checking my fuses. He finds one switch that was in the wrong place. I won’t tell who was responsible 🙋🏻‍♀ He tells me to turn on my car and wow the windows work. He didn’t want any thanks or tip. I said most would have sold me the part. I highly recommend Luis at the Dade city NAPA. You sir have gained a loyal customer and thank you!!

We bypassed the NAPA right here in town to go to the Dade City location. SUPER friendly and knowledgeable staff. I won't hesitate to go back or to send everyone I know to this location. Can't recommend them enough!

I get all my hydraulic lines from here they do a very good job making them we rent out our equipment so we get a lot of damage they make it to link and install fittings very good place

Super friendly and helpful staff. I was having trouble with a trailer hitch and ball for a new horse trailer. Joe not only found the correct trailer part for me, he put the ball and the hitch together for me. Great service!!!!!!
