We just hired Ms. Maheen to be our official representative in our Case Adjustment status and so far, she has been very helpful with the process. She gave a list requirements and forms even though we haven't paid yet at first, and I think that was a plus, and there were no issues on how or when we pay her fees. She just finished mailing our documents and now we wait for receipt and for the next steps with her assisting and guiding us until me and my son receive our green card.
