Omg so I was on the phone waiting for almost an hour an a half but it was worth it…..jaqueline the clerk lady on the phone was so helpful and bubbly unlike many of the other ladies on there that are rude and don’t listen to the needs you call for. She was amazing god bless her, she really made me believe that there is still kindness and humanity in this crazy Armageddon world we live in! Thank you for brightening up my day after waiting so long to get someone on the darn phone. Jacqueline Definitely needs a raise 10 stars if I could!

Wow this location has several electric vehicle charging stations in the outdoor parking area for public use and close to downtown Kissimmee restaurants and lakefront!

It is a lovely courthouse. The security was very professional and very efficient. Parking was a breeze. The staff is very helpful and more than willing to help you find where you need to go.
The courthouse has some of the best signage I have ever seen it is so easy to navigate.

It is amazingly clean.

Most legal matters can be taken care of in the Courthouse Square. It's clean and safe and provides armed escorts upon request. There's no cafeteria, but does have vending machines and a few cafes within walking distance. Plenty of parking between the short term and long term lots and the FREE parking garage.

Everyone will have a different experience from others, but ours went without any problems at all.
We applied for a non residential marriage license, ( we're from the UK ) and got every bit of help required.
From the security as you enter, to the gentleman who served us for the license, they were fantastic with us, no problems, and all communication was spot on.
All in all, a great experience

Visited the courthouse today to file some building permits. Every employee, from security to customer service was happy, kind and helpful. It was a real pleasure and refreshing to receive good customer service (especially at the courthouse).

The courthouse is always very clean and most of the staff is polite. The security guards when you first walk in are usually having a good time and smiling. For traffic citations, I'd recommend going right when they open or after 4p to try and reduce you wait a little.

She has a beautiful and polite way too treat me.,make me fell so grateful.,looks like she loves her job.,thanks soo much for existing joung ladies like her I appreciate.,everyone should know how to treat the customers.,she is an excellent example.,about how to be an excellent customer service .

Ms. Eva Quinones helped me with my payment issue. Very polite, professional and helpful. She was able to help me in a prompt manner and really does care about the people she helps.

We visited the Court several times in order to get guardianship for our son.
Monica has helped us with all our questions and she provided to us
guidance with all the documents needed to be filed.

Victoria window 7 on the 2nd floor is an Excellent example of a team leader. What could've taken all day was brief. And this isn't the same type of court system it use to be in Osceola county I am very pleased with the judges that have helped us even though they didn't have to... Victoria!! Thanks so much for getting us the hearing!

I've never had an issue here. The clerks can be very sweet, but also straight to the point. I love that there is a parking garage to help with the overflow of cars.

They had my stuff ready. Overall it took about 15 minutes. Very friendly.

Very very profesional and organized staff... security at the main door doing they job but in a friendly manner. There is guy in the 2nd floor that is super kind and helpful too, he has all the answer, sorry I didn't get his name.

We got married here staff were lovely made our day. From the UK so for us everything was great.
