Great service! I bought a large piece of furniture that was difficult to deliver to my second floor (no elevator) condo. The guys couldn’t have been nicer and worked hard to get the piece into my place. Truly amazing service with a smile (unfortunately rare these days).

We have looked at so many furniture stores, and it is generally tedious and unpleasant. That is not the case at Outside the Box! From the moment we entered the store, we felt comfortable, not to mention, impressed with the selection and the service. Our sales person, Linda, was very approachable and friendly, with no high-pressure sales tactics. The delivery crew, Brandon and Dominic, were also very friendly and professional. The furniture was covered and padded, and was delivered in a timely fashion. I would compare this store to Marie Antoinette’s, but much nicer. And, it’s one of the few stores in which the furniture looks even better in store as compared to photos posted on social media (which is also fabulous). I’ll definitely return!

Love love love the 2 pieces I purchased. Credenza that has become my bar in new kitchen and very tall versatile bookcase in my dining room. They add a fresh updated feel in the spaces!

This store has such a variety of beautiful furniture for your home. The quality is fabulous, items are reasonably priced, and the team that runs the place is wonderful.
