Dylan and Nick were awesome in running diagnostics and attempting to fix my gone rogue pixel 7. Unfortunately, it refused to be resuscitated and they sourced me a new phone, delivered very fast. Also helped me dial in the setup!

I want to thank Rollin for attentively taking care of us as we worked through a fraud issue regarding hackers and our service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I know it was a grueling two and a half hours of sticking it out until we were taken care of and on our way to being cleared and back up and running again. His assistant for the day was Warfield who was also very kind and helpful as well. Dylan, has also been very faithful to our family and helping with many phone transactions and finding us the best deals and working so problems with our phones. He has been available for us through text and calls. He is quick to respond and very attentive! I appreciate so much his knowledge an expertise. We will continue using this store as long as these kinds of reps are there. Praise god!

We had a on going issue for two weeks and decided to try another salesman we started working with Tyler and he was amazing and solved the issue that 15 others before him was unsuccessful. Today I came in to buy some accessories for my new phone. The salesman Nick Stewart was amazing. He gave me multiple options based on my request and made everything very easy to understand. On top of that was extremely professional. Definitely recommend going in to see him.

I stopped in to get some help with "porting" my phone number back to my previous phone. Unfortunately, they were not able to do this for me in the store, but they were able to tell me how to accomplish it myself. When my new "unlocked" phone arrives, I will be using Verizon as my cellular provider. Excellent customer support available both in the store and on the phone.

Had a great experience yesterday with Nick Stewart! I upgraded my son's phone and Nick had everything set up and transferred over from the old phone to the new one in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and even checked up with us to make sure all was going well after we had left the store. My son is thrilled with his new phone. Thanks Nick!

Had my SIM/SD card tray break on my S8+, went in and Dylan helped me out. He was very honest, did an excellent job. Picked out a new phone that was the best option for me. Spent a little over 2 hours but time went by quickly, thanks to some fun conversation between the 3 of us. The other lady that was there, Angelica, was great too. They both stayed after the store closed and Dylan made sure everything was transferred from my old phone before I left. Will definitely be back in the future, and recommend seeing either one of them. They were both great people.

Dylan was awesome. He manned the store all by himself while the other guy had a flat tire. His time management balance with multiple customers in the store was impeccable. He gave us honest advice, which created a sense of trust between us, making it feel like he wasn’t trying to just push a sale from us. He’s a spiffy dude with an awesome tude. Dylan was great! After several tries to get a phone fixed by other representatives with no luck Dylan upgraded our phone, found us a good price, and set up the new phone to make sure it worked. He even applied the new screen protector to make sure our experience with smoothly. Highly recommend him!

Dylan was a great help. He was patient and helpful as I am technically challenged! The transfer from the old phone to the new one went much more smoothly than expected. Very happy customer. Note: if you switch from galaxy to Note10 you will need new charging cables! Pun intended!

I stopped in the Verizon Store to see what my options were for upgrading my Apple Watch. I had the pleasure of working with Rollin Jackson who went far above and beyond to help me out. Not only was he incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful from the very beginning, he also helped me get the very best deal to upgrade my phone as well, which I had been wanting to do for awhile. He helped me transfer over all of my information from my old phone to my new one, and even though it took awhile, he was genuinely interested in helping me and made the experience a breeze. I can truly say I have never had better customer service or a better experience at Verizon than I have with Rollin. He is an asset to the company and I will absolutely stay with Verizon because of his amazing customer service.

I stopped by the store just to get information. Dylan Becker has helped me with purchases in the past and I was thrilled when he was there and able to help me. I ended up getting a new iphone and adding a phone line without there being much change at all in the final monthly bill. While I was there, he volunteered to also helped me with a few outstanding issues (exchange a recalled hotspot and inquire about an employee discount I have had verified yet isn't being credited on my bill). Our family switched to Verizon last year and we have been pleased with the service. I would specifically recommend Dylan Becker as he has been knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and trustworthy in our experience with Verizon.
