I recently had a fantastic experience with Edible Arrangements of Lakeland, Florida, that I simply must share. Despite an initial hiccup, the team went above and beyond to rectify the situation by graciously adding flowers to my order at no extra cost. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service provided by Danny, the delivery person. His patience, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring the delivery was seamless were remarkable. Danny reached out multiple times to confirm the delivery location and was incredibly accommodating, ensuring the surprise for my husband remained intact. This level of care and attention to detail has firmly established me as a returning customer. A big thank you to the whole team at Edible Arrangements, and a special shoutout to Danny - he's definitely a keeper!

Online order was correct and delivered on time on a Sunday. I didn't have any interaction with the staff, but I am happy with my experience at this location.

If you want a really good smoothie, get the mango, pineapple, banana, and add strawberries. It's really good.... and if you can make sure it's Dorothy makes it. Lol

I ordered some chocolate covered fruit for my daughter‘s 30th birthday. I placed the order online the day before and when I got to the store everything was ready just like it said it would be. In addition I wanted to get some flowers and I was given a couple options and was able to buy some beautiful roses plus a vase. He was very accommodating and even Put the flowers and vase in a bag so that it was easier to carry and wouldn’t fall over. I had a very good experience here and highly recommend!

Isais and Madison went above and beyond to complete my order. Plus have it delivered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this Edible Arrangement Location.

Sent someone a delivery to say Thank you for going the extra mile. When they delivered to her office she had already gone home for the day. The person at office called EA to let them know. They told him to keep it and they remade my recipient her arrangement and kept going back to her location until it could be successfully delivered. David @ EA gave OUTSTANDING customer service and it was well appreciated. Thank you David for going the extra mile for us as well.

I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company. I was in a little bit of a pickle since I didn’t place an order ahead but wanted to do something nice for someone who did the right thing. Not only did the guy there take the time to put an order together for me but showed me compassion and that there are amazing people in this world. Thank you for what you did for me today. I scheduled a delivery in advance and at the last minute found out the recipient was not going to be at the scheduled location. I called the store and they graciously allowed me to reroute the delivery to another location. Their customer service was top notch and I greatly appreciate that they were willing to adjust the delivery location for me. The items also turned out great!

I received an Anniversary order on May 28th. Fruit, chocolate and packaging were perfect. All very fresh. Tasted great. Thanks!

Thanks for delivering on time to my son in Lakeland. He goes to southeastern university and I thought i would make his finals week more bearable. It arrived cold and on time. Awesome I got my nanny an arrangement last minute on the 6th right before they closed and that girl helped me out so much. My nanny turned 78 and she loved every bit of that. Thank you again edible arrangement worker for helping me in such a last minute rush.

They completed my task very fast and delivered a very good arrangement to my mom for her birthday even though i ordered at the last minute the still completed the order and got it to her in a decent time of the day! Very happy with this place!

Love their fruit smoothies, fruit baskets are always fun to deliver for a delicious surprise. Individual chocolate covered strawberries, bananas, or apples, up front in store are a fun midday snack or late afternoon treats. I'm glad we have them so close to home.

Update! Yeppers, folks who post negative reviews on a business basically suck! These folks did an amazing job! Get a life loosers, because the universe really doesn't give a rats ass about your complaints!

I've never been here this just keeps popping up. Internet is gonna get me in trouble with my wife. I make all my own arrangements so i know what she loves❤ but she gonna think im getting these for other women. I've heard great things yall keep up the good work and remember you haven't seen me!
