Excellent from entrance to exit. Everyone was professional and accommodating. Dr. Gardener had excellent bedside dental manners and took great length in explaining what I would be needing. Miriam the Hygienist, the X-ray technician Ms. Taylor were also very professional and knowledgeable, as well as the receptionist with the shoe-boot on who explained what everything would cost.

Excellent service today from the team. My first time in a long time going back to the dentist and I have no regrets. My discount card did not cover much but unlike my other experiences I was told prior how much I would pay out of pocket and given the opportunity to accept or reject service. I also got an explanation of why I had issues, what issues I had and common at home practises to improve them. My cleaning to excellent. I can't stop smiling. Overall a great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The office staff are so kind and helpful. The hygienists and dentists are friendly and professional. I don't feel like they are upselling me or billing for unnecessary work. Thus far, we are very happy with the care and treatment we have received. Our family is thankful for Dental One!

I really had a good experience at Dental One. This was my first time going there and the staff was so nice and friendly. The dental assistant explained everything thoroughly in a way that I would understand it. The dental hygienist and the main dentist did the same. Every step of the way I was included in my care plan. When it was time to see the person about how I would pay. She explained everything to me and I liked the way they break down the payment to make it affordable too. I would definitely recommend the dentist office. Oh, and I didn't have a long wait to be seen after I checked. Everything moved like clock work.

I love my dental visits with my Hygienist, Beatriz! She is so gentle, yet very thorough in the cleaning process. Most people don’t enjoy their trips to the dentist, but I enjoy the team at Dental One in Fayetteville.

Front office staff could be more patient friendly with a welcoming smile. Dr. Perez, Erica and Miriam were awesome. They explained each step and kept me apprised of any delays and reasons for the delays. Very knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed my appointment.

I wish I could rate 5 more stars..Staff is Amazing. Really explained everything as far as what was needed for my dental needs. I am very happy with this practice.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Never kept waiting very long either. Beatriz was my hygienist and she was very gentle which I appreciate because the dentist gives me anxiety. Very pleased with Dental One.

Everyone is very friendly. The technician and Dr were thorough and professional. The front office were nice, but couldn't tell until it was time to check out. They could be a little better with greetings when you come in and walk up to desk. Other than that they are awesome!

I’ve had my second visit. My procedure was discussed with Rosie. I was allowed to ask questions. I appreciated the way Rosie allowed me to read all the forms I was asked to sign. It is obvious that Dental One associates truly care. I was able to sit with Nicole regarding any billing concerns. I’m really grateful for Dental One Associates of Fayetteville!

I visited dental one before about 2 years ago, but insurance was not fully covered. However, on March 7 customers service was very good and understanding and Dr. Gardener was an excellent, friendly and gentle person he is concerned about his patient. I would return again.
My visit with Dr. Perez on April 18th was a good experience, as well as customer service was pleasant and they explained my payment on my procedure. Dr. Perez was extremely helpful with my procedure on that day very understanding and gentle. Thank you all for your hard and dedicated work as a team.

My hygienist is Miriam. She's great!! She's very friendly and pleasant. Also, she is very proficient and never hurts my teeth or gums. I enjoy having the same hygienist every time and Miriam makes going to the dentist a good experience.

Coming here changed my negative outlook about going to the dentist. Staff is efficient, very professional and they have amazing personalities. It eases my anxiety just coming in and seeing their faces. My two fillings were completely painless. Definite 10 out of 10.

One Associates provided excellent customer service. Nicole is an absolute gem, she is very knowledgeable and understands the importance of insurance for her clients. The associates were professional and not afraid to talk with the clients.
