Just bought one of the Humbucker Music custom run Suhr Select Classic S guitars (Olympic White, HSS, Rosewood fretboard) Awesome roasted flame maple neck. Pics on the website made it look nice but holy cow, so much nicer in person. They shipped super fast, guitar arrived perfect as expected. They were super quick with responses to questions and easy to do business with. Great place to buy a Suhr!

What a great experience! I purchased an amp through them and had an amazing experience! I live out of state and had to have the amp shipped. It arrived with some minor cosmetic damage that affected appearance and not function. After contacting Brian at humbucker it was quickly resolved. He was very helpful and great to work with. This is definitely a company I’d recommend whole heartedly, and I’m sure I’ll be coming back here again regularly whenever my gear acquisition syndrome has a flair up.

In all honesty I knew nothing about Humbucker Music. I was searching for a Lake Placid Blue S-63 and their place of business popped up on Reverb. I bypassed Reverb and went directly to their website. Saved a few bucks. As for the guitar it plays like butter and sounds like strat heaven! My first Nash and in all honesty better than any standard or CS Fender I've owned and have owned many. In most cases I'm very sceptical about having a guitar I've never played shipped to me. Purchased a Tele from Sweetwater few years back and unfortunately bad buy. With Humbucker very good experience and quick delivery. Get a Nash!

Man I purchase a Dr Z Z-Lux amp they shipped it to me free saved me tax and had the nicest most knowledgeable staff I have ever dealt with. Since then when I'm looking for something or need a bit of tone or gear advice they always are more than happy to help even if they cant get it. I have made multiple purchases from them and always an awesome experience use these folks all you can they deserve the support!!!!!!

Humbucker Music is on my short list of professional, trusted online shops for high end gear. Years ago I was looking for a boutique amp and they helped me decide on a Tone King Metropolitan. They knew their stuff and the amp was shipped promptly and packaged perfectly. And it was everything they said it would be and more. Most recently I purchased a very high end guitar, a James Trussart. I have to say that I have never seen a guitar packed so well. Seriously, it took me quite a while to get it out of the packing. And of course the guitar and case were both immaculate.

I know that there are some negative comments from other reviewers about either local experience or not being able to play the instruments. For those purchasing online this is a very good thing. Humbucker specifies that their inventory ships factory fresh. This is NOT the case with so many other online retailers, large and small, and if you have any real experience at all, you can just tell when something has been played or spent any time on a showroom floor. When you are dropping serious money on high end instruments and amplifiers, you want them to be brand spanking new and, in my experience, Humbucker stands by their word.

Was upset the first visit when I found out the showroom is appointment only, but when I had questions about ordering a Suhr and wanted to try out some fret/radius/neck profile combos, I put together a wishlist from their stock. Was immensely impressed to find all 4 guitars, serial number specific, were laid out in the amp room with two amps running ready to try out for my appointment. The tiny effort to schedule your appointment to basically get free run at the entire stock of thousands of guitars with no buzzy, noodling going on around you is invaluable. Fantastic experience. Prices on nice cable and pedals were super competitive also.

Lots of great guitar shops across the nation, but Humbucker is among the best! I always return to them for the best gear and great service.
