Brian is an amazing trainer that is results driven! Since working out at this gym, I have noticed my strength and confidence increase. I am constantly challenged by the workouts but also have a good time working out! If you are looking for a good workout, great trainer, and friendly environment, this is the place to be!

Brian is a a great trainer. If you’re looking for REAL results in at least 90 days, look no further! You have to come ready to WORK. Brian has upgraded his gym - it’ll be amazing when it’s finished!

All you have to do is show up! Brain makes it happen. My favorite thing about this place is how inclusive he makes you feel. It can be your first time working out in a long time or a gym vet, Brian will get you right, every time! I live 45 minutes away, but I know from experience he will make me look completely different in as little as 6 weeks. See you soon!
