Called at the delivery location. Didn't call 30 min in advance like we had on the order (he even admitted he missed that). The semi driver said he wouldn't back onto our gravel parking lot. His lift gate battery was dead. He didn't have jumper cables. I had to provide my own and jump his lift gate. Meanwhile, he pushed our delivery off the lift gate and knocked it off its pallet, directly onto the ground where it was susceptible to damage from weather. All while laughing about it. For over $1,000 in shipping fees.

YRC is the slowest in the LTL business. CA to TN is 4 -5 days with other carriers. YRC is 12 days maybe. Trailers sit 2 days at each terminal. Plus I read reviews with tons of damages (Home Depot chose YRC) My order was on 4 trailers on the way…yep expecting damage. From CA, I would think you could load direct loads to Nashville? Dying a slow death this company. With $3.58/share stock it is just a matter of time. Good luck.
