NAPA Auto Parts

I am no one. I'm looking for deals online more these days. I found a great deal on some shop supplies. I got an email saying my supplies were delivered to this store. I called to verify before wasting gas on a blank run. The young lady found my order and said she'd have it waiting for me to arrive. When I got there it was on the counter. She had wonderful customer service and I was outta there in 2 minutes. Happy Monday people! Thank you for your time... reading my review and enjoy your day!

Today I went in to buy jumper cables. They were sold out, so the man at the counter loaned me his own. He said, "Here, just take mine and bring them back later." How sweet! Although I didn't need to buy anything, I'll make sure to go back there if I ever do! Great customer service.

I come here often. I work on older cars and trucks. They can usually find me the parts that the other local auto parts store cannot. The Manager Steve was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about parts. They also make hydraulic hoses for heavy machinery while you wait.👍

These guys are really nice that working here! I really do like this Napa. I don't go in there very often, I've only gone in there two times. A stranger got me until I and some oil for my car which was so nice and the guys inside the store really nice to and then I stopped by there another time to get oil because I've had a oil leak for a while and they were really nice then also. Their power was out but they were still very nice. He just basically was only able to tell me that the power was out and he couldn't help me LOL

Greg, Alex and Stephen rule the parts world. These guys are the best and will go way out of their way to compete and make their customers happy. For once, an auto parts store that has your part or make it right if they don't!

Only Auto parts store that employees will acknowledge your entrance & eager 2 help. NAPA is the only Auto store I will get my parts from. Great turn-around on orders if not in stock. They order & back the next morning. 🔧

The staff is very knowledgeable and they actually make an effort to find difficult parts. And they've actually gotten parts that nobody else really could and cheaper then the one that could. Make sense? You know what I mean. Richard Hill
