Woodward Park

We love this park! So much sledding with our two year old

This park is really nice. It has play ground for the kids, soccer field, tennis court, pavilion, basketball court and One can even set up volleyball net. There is also pathway for walking or bucking around the park. There are tress for shade as well.

Nice paved path all around. Good for running, perhaps 3 laps to a mile. Ample space to get around the people walking dogs, et cetera. And it is an easy, straightforward run from my hotel in Layton.

This is a beautiful park tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There is a pavillion close to a playground, and the restrooms seem new. It is not too far from the freeway and a good halfway point between Logan and Orem.

Big open spaces and very clean park. Trees are somewhat small, but will provide a lot of nice shade in a few years to come. My kids loved the playground.

This park was nice for our family reunion. The bathrooms were clean. My kids really enjoyed the playset. It was surrounded by large fields for playing different sports. I would have another function at this park.

Beautiful park, very peaceful. Very good for kids, hiking trails, lots of trees, open spaces, volleyball court, private areas with tables, bbq and fire pit.

My mom and her neighbor go walking here most mornings, so while I was in town visiting I joined them for some laps around the park.

There is a great paved walking trail that goes around the perimeter of the park. The park has a playground, tennis court, basketball court and lots of open field to play in. There are also bathrooms available and a drinking fountain by the picnic table pavillion.

You can access the park through three public entrance points, one sidewalk leading over to a nearby street and two parking lots.

It's got all the essentials for a great park: large playground for young and older kids, shaded seating for snacks, water and restrooms, and sports fields to run around on. As a bonus, there is also a paved trail around the perimeter for running an biking, which is great for kids just learning to ride.

Great playground for all ages and very clean. We really like that the pavilion is so close to the playground.

Nice little park. Has a flat paved walking trail that circles the park, recently used it to take our baby on a walk there. The field is large and great for football, soccer, ultimate frisbee, etc. There is a small playground, baseball diamond, basketball courts and fenced tennis courts. While it's not a huge park, it's pretty nice and has a decent number of things to do there.

Great Park I love the walking trail around the perimeter. I just wish they had pickleball courts.

It is a great park with a large set of play equipment over a soft terrain and several fields for soccer, basketball, baseball and volleyball. Dogs are allowed and you can bike or jog on the trail that encompasses it.

Covered area for eating. A long track for jogging or walking. Sand with volleyball net. Tennis and basketball. Large grassy area and a fun playground. It is covered with wood chips and small toddlers don't have much to play on. But 3+ stay plenty busy! My crawlers love the grass and the sand :)

Nice playground with lots of different things for the kids to explore. Basketball courts, tennis court, and beach volleyball available. Paved path around the park allows for a good run, walk or bike ride. I think about 3 times around is a mile. Bathrooms and pavilion also available.

This park is awesome because only those of us who live near it know about it. The main part of the park is a water retention pond, so it can get really soggy in the spring or fall, but otherwise it's great. I've gone there to throw a football; play Bocce, basketball, night games, and pioneer games; heck, I've even had airsoft wars there. It's awesome. The only downfall I can think of is that the bathrooms are just as bad as most outdoor park facilities. What can one expect?

This quaint park is simply splendid. With a wide open field for sports or kites, a tennis court, basketball court, and enough well placed trees for hammocks; it's a wonderful place to spend some time and unwind.

City could do a better job of weed control and grass seed..
Hope they get to water some!!

Small neighborhood park, but is maintained beautifully. Has playground, ball field and walking track. Picnic tables are under cover, nice to be out of the sun.
