For years I've been looking for individuals or companies I would give repeat business to. It has been a challenge to find a company who has the right balance between cost and quality. I'm happy to say that Scott Brown Professional Painting and Remodeling is a capable team who will care for your home as if it was their own. We wanted to have our knockdown textured ceilings to be smooth and to have our tall 20' walls repainted. After Don's initial visit their team took two days to complete all the work later that same week. In addition, their team was very respectful and covered rugs, furniture, and created a plastic sheet barrier between our kitchen and the area where they were sanding. Their team went the extra mile and addressed existing drywall taping issues, cracks, and other imperfections. I found I was always able to communicate with the team well. In addition, the team was accommodating in addressing a few touchups I had requested at the end.

Wonderful experience. The crew paid attention to detail and created a screen to prevent paint blow back because my crotchety neighbor would not move his car. The house was never caulked or hardy boards nailed correctly and this crew finally did it right.

We hired Scott Brown Painting to repaint our front steps and they did a great job We found some unforeseen structural issues that the carpenter was able to resolve. When the work was finished we had peace of mind that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely use Scott Brown Painting for future projects.

The Scott Hotchkins crew came to finish my ceilings. I had already scrapped the popcorn off, but they did all the mudwork and painting to give me practically new smooth ceilings with a quality paintjob. They also removed the wood paneling and associated trim in the kitchen to give me nice smooth walls.

Tom, Kevin and the crew were friendly and professional! They did a great job painting our cabinets and communicated very well on their plan prior and along the way. Looking forward to using them for another project immediately

Tom and his team came out to remove wallpaper that was installed in ‘94! They got it down and repainted in two days. They patched all the many holes in the walls that the fixtures were hiding and the room looks new again. The team was very nice and cleaned up afterwards. Shane even jumped up on the house to clean the skylight and sealed it all up for no extra costs. Great job guys!!!!

Just had my house painted it looks really good. I had some rotten boards they were replaced. Went over whole house and scraped all the loose paint off covered windows and doors when painted. I would highly recommend. Went that extra step compared to previous painter.

They recently stained our deck and did a wonderful job. From the time I first spoke to Don about a quote to having the job completed, the whole process was completely professional and smooth with open/honest communication. Amazingly, they did the job within a week of the bid (others estimated 1-2 months out!).

The painters (Noah and team) were on time, worked incredibly hard, and were extremely respectful and careful in ensuring stain only went where it should. :). No wonder they give a 2 year warranty - it’s easy to stand behind your work when it’s done right the 1st time!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the complete exterior repaint Don and his team did on my large loft compound. It was a big job and portions are approx 100 years old. They caulked and sealed everything before covering all surfaces with a good thick layer of paint. They were very accommodating in every regard including my needcto delay startup by 2 weeks. Price was very competitive and I do feel that quality of service is better than I would have received from the other more attractively price competition. Even my neighbor in the construction business commented on the job and asked for a referral. Great team, great leader, GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANKS

I would highly recommend Scott Brown Professional Painting. Our house had not been stained in a long time and they did an excellent job! Noah was the foreman and made sure rotted boards were replaced and that all the paint, stain and trim were applied professionally. Our house looks better than ever!

I'm so pleased with this company. They bid for the interior house painting job that had over 9 colors and they were a bit higher that some other painters, but I was sold on the professionalism and knowledge of Don Tucker, the estimator and project manager. What a great job the team did, starting my project on the actual Monday of Labor day and completing the project in just a few days while I was in another state packing to move down to that location. I couldn't be happier!
