Laura at the front desk was so helpful that we decided to come to this office even though it was a far drive. She was really accommodating setting an appointment for my wife and me back to back, and was refreshingly clear in explaining what my insurance covers exactly and what I will owe. She took the time to look up our plan and explain the specifics. Most other places do not do that. You know how it is.

We ended up seeing Anita who was so nice and informative.

Anita was very helpful and professional. I have been to the office several times and I felt like I was in a different office today. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable and elevated my visit today, I appreciate her tremendously.

While I had an emergency appointment to go to after my appointment today they took the time to ensure my needs were met. I called the office as a new patient with an emergent need and they were very prompt and fit me in within a few days. Dr Cook was kind and compassionate listening to my concerns and understanding my needs. Anita made me feel comfortable and calm before during and after the procedure. And the front office staff were very kind and courteous to me and to each other. It was a warm welcoming experience. Thank you!

This was a great visit. Very comfortable, easy communication, very thorough. They verify what insurance will pay so you know where you stand financially. Annette was awesome. This was my first time meeting Dr. Samantha Cook. She was awesome as well.

My experience was great. Everyone was friendly and professional. My Dr. kept me informed as to what she was doing and what I could expect throughout my procedure. I really appreciated that, there were no surprises. I’ve always suffered from dental anxiety, but I left the office feeling relieved and thankful for my good experience.

The experience was excellent. From the friendly staff and doctors and comfortable layout, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The process was timely and thorough and I felt good after my appointment. I recommend for anyone looking for a dentist.

I ❤ it here!!! Best dental office ever. Front office staff including the hygienist are very supportive, kind and gentle. Dr. Jordan Brunson and Dr. Samantha Cook are super heroes who wear scrubs instead of capes. They are highly knowledgeable and not only care for their patients dental health, they also care for their overall wellbeing. It’s amazing the simple gesture of comforts offered to all patients while receiving dental care. The staff takes pride in cleaning and providing a welcoming and calm atmosphere for all its patience. They are definitely deserving of a 10 out of 10 rating.

Today was my first visit to this practice. From scheduling the appointment to exiting the clinic from my exam it was such a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Cook was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Where do I start! This office is beyond amazing the ladies at the front office were so sweet! Anita she took my X-rays, I have never been to a dentist office where they take your X-rays and they don’t hurt your gums. Anita was amazing thank you. And Dr. Cook asked me if I had any issues and took her time. So glad I found them. Thank you for my welcome package and thank for welcoming to Palmetto Dental!

My first appointment was on 11/29/23 at Palmetto Family Dental. The office is fantastic. The entire team is professional and courteous.

My first experience with the front desk team (Laura, Maggie, Sherly) - from scheduling an appointment to asking billing questions confirmed the team worked well together but was able to explain my benefits and encourage me to contact them as needed to address concerns.

I was there to get a crown and Anita (you are great)! Anita confirmed my scheduled services, talked me through the process, asked if I was okay, and ensured that I was comfortable.
Now, Dr. Cook, as with the team, was kind, professional, and attentive when meeting with me. She asked me what I would like done, but most importantly, she shared a plethora of dental options and the process of each option.

On 12/4/23, I went for a cleaning, and Hayley was the hygienist! Again, Hayley did not fail; she was professional, confirmed the expected services, and talked me through the process.
Overall, this is one of the best experiences I have had in any dental office, and I have worldwide.

12/13/2023 Another great experience. Today was my 12 year old appointment, she left with a beautiful smile.

2/1/2024 last experience never posted. Today, my daughter and I had another wonderful experience. In the past, I skipped my dental visits because I never had great experiences. Ever since I found Palmetto Family Dentist office, I haven’t missed a visit yet. I’m so thankful that I found them.

Dr. Cook was awesome, She truly cared about my comfort. The work was done quickly and painlessly. One off the best dental visits I've had. Cant recommend enough

Super friendly! The office is very chill, love the homey environment. The staff is very polite and welcoming and Dr. Cook was super knowledgeable, felt like a friend, kept it real! I like how she knows how to take off the Dentist hat and hit you with the real info in real time!! No extra… The staff makes you feel at home also…

Dentist, Jordan Brunson and dental hygienist, Heather were awesome. They are very professional and provided excellent work for my sleep apnea condition. I highly recommend their services. Be aware.. Dr. Brunson is a alumni of Michigan. GO BUCKEYES!!!! (In my native Ohoian voice). 😄🏈

I was promptly invited in by Ms. Kim who introduced herself and got me comfortable for the procedure. Then Dr. Cook did her magic with style and warmth. #Pureprofesional
Having a crown being prepared is usually arduous, This was effortless and for that I am truly grateful.

On my last visit 12/27 I was pleased to be received so nicely. It felt like home. Anita brought me in to her office and made me comfortable....That However did not last;
Dr Jordan came in and introduced himself. After the introduction he continued to talk with anita about some outside experience with speakers/motivation. It was very uncomfortable as I was having a crown inserted and did not feel the focus was on the work at hand. First, the crown was not comfortable when put in. Dr Jordan was working to get it right however it felt rushed. Once in I should of had some time to get a feel before it was cemented in. I also should have stopped the process before it was cemented in. However as I said I felt rushed and after it was set I thought it was ok until i got in the car and was upright. The crown was off and it was to high on one side, and extremely tight with the front eye tooth. I called and came back and Dr Jordan explained "that it was already cemented in and could not be removed" ......So he sawed between the teeth to release the pressure and filed down one side of the crown. That was NOT what i had done with the crown Dr Cook inserted the week before...Very disappointing experience....So I'm not comfortable with the roughness on the side that was filed down and am wondering if Dr Cook can smooth/ buff it out ??.
I'm not angry just feel that the experience was uncomfortable and needed to air out my uncomfortably feeling

Everyone that i encountered always provides EXCELLENT patient care. The front desk person was very helpful. Kim is the best. Shes very kind and took great care of me. Dr. Cook is the best and is so patient and she never rushes. Besides the fact that Dr. Cook is VERY good at what she does, she explains every detail. The scheduling was flawless for my appointments and the entire office has a good vibe and im happy that Palmetto Dental is my provider.
