I would trust Chuck with any of my vehicles. He is honest, not like some other companies (big & small) that will repair something just because you thing it needs repairing. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Chuck is always quick to get us on the schedule and does fantastic work. No up selling and is also helpful with getting us to another reliable shop if what needs to be done is out of his wheel house (which isn't much).

Love, love, love Mike Sams! Have had to have my car towed their severa ltimes !! They have repaired my daughters when she was in college and driving 2 1/2 hours each way every weekend to come home And as a parent you dont just send your car to any mechanic . They are wonderful..honest and 100 % dependable !! WE Would never take our vechiles anywhere else!! We even wait for them just for an oil change if they are booked! Hard to find honest mechanics!!! Happy customer!!

Great service however whats the new number Chuck, I need to set an appointment if you’re available? P0521 issue but it’s has been replaced before so I think it’s deeper than the sensor , may be the connection feed itself ! #ImpalaSS08

I couldn’t say enough bad things about this place. If you’re a person of color I would definitely reconsider going. I have a Black Lives Matter sticker on the back of my car and when I got my car back it was peeled up on the corner. And also the piece to my bluetooth cassette was completely broken and I used it everyday up until bringing it here. When I asked him about it, he just shrugged and said he couldn’t do anything about it. Also my brakes were weird after I drove around a bit but he said that I would have to wait an additional day because he had to do some work on his own personal car. (mind you this was early afternoon, like around noon) Plus the service that he charged me for, I found way less expensive from another mechanic who told me I had been overcharged.
