I have come to this store for years, and Scott has always been very helpful. What prompted me to leave this review was a normal night I came to change my lightbulbs, AGAIN, and my battery died! It was late, dark, and cold, but Scott came out, tested my battery to be sure that was the issue, and ended up having to replace my battery. It was a busy evening at the store, but he multi-tasked to serve their needs, and quickly saved my daughter and I from being stranded.
He did not hesitate to help or complain, and even taught me a few things. Thank you Scott!!

There is plenty of parking, and the store is located on downtown Fayetteville's main strip.

Found my mom's car in need of a new battery late on Friday night. I called the store and they were able to quickly check inventory and prices as well as tell me they had staff available to install once roadside have us a jumpstart to get there. Scott was great on the battery install without a complaint in the 33 degree weather! Will definitely be my first choice in Fayetteville next time I need any auto accessories.

Just left the Fayetteville location and it’s by far the best service I’ve ever received. I called worried about the Freon levels and Scott told me to come by and not only help me pick out the best option but showed me how to put it in my car. He was awesome. He remembered my name and was very patient. Thank you Scott! Honorable mention to Mr.Crosby. He came out and waited with me for a minute as well. Thank you all.

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize Scott at Advance Auto Parts Store #09672, located in Fayetteville, GA. Stopped by on yesterday because I was having an issue with my brake and turn signal lights. Scott came out to access my situation and immediately moved to getting me the bulbs I needed to resolve my issues. Additionally, Scott identified the reason my Check Engine Light was on. Great service! I went in to get my battery checked. Even though they were busy, the clerk politely asked the person he was with if she minded if he hooked my battery up to the tester. She didn't. He then completed working with her and others then when it was my turn, he checked my battery and told me I needed to replace it. He then explained what they had in stock and the differences. It was hassle-free. Highly recommend!

I went to the Advanced Autoparts store on South Glynn Street to buy an oil filter and wiper blades for our company delivery vehicle. Scott helped me get exactly what I needed and even put the wiper blades on the car for me. I had such a great experience thanks to him and I will definitely be back!
