After a day of going in and out of furniture stores what a relief it was to go into this one. Our sales person was awesome; friendly, professional, gave us all the information we needed, and didn't hover 3 feet away from us the entire time either. Great selection and service.

It took me a while ronde use in buying my motion sectional. OJ Morris was very patient no matter how many times I went by the store. He ushered me around showing me different pieces that I thought I might need and it always seemed that he enjoyed helping me make a decision. I only ask for him when I stop by. I appreciate his honesty, professionalism and caring attitude. He is definitely an asset to Havertys and look forward to my next purchase.

Great selection of furniture that has held up its appearance and functionality. Professional staff that assisted along the way without pressure. Great financing options that made quality furniture affordable. Very happy with my decision to purchase with Haverty's after a poor experience with another retailer.

Harold is an excellent salesperson. He demonstrated customer focus and gave us sufficient space to make our decision. While doing so, he also remained visibly available so we could see us motion towards him once we were ready. This made us feel very comfortable. He definitely understands the need for when and how to give people the proper space.

OJ has been my salesman for many years. He is always trying to cater to my home furnishing needs. He is very professional and has a fun personality always happy. Whatever I am looking for, he tries to find it. He makes sure my wife is happy with my decisions as well.

My Salesman, Dean, was absolutely the best! I had a few selections in mind before coming into the store, but when I saw the selections in person I was hesitant because I didn't know if it would be right for my space. No worries, Dean explained the no cost design consultation and introduced me to the consultant.

Dean was so knowledgeable about all of the furniture there, pointing out the details about the craftsmanship and quality, that I felt comfortable to purchase not only a chair for my bedroom, but an entire formal dining room with buffet. He thoroughly explained the Guardsmen protection coverage, and patiently answered any questions we had. I've been in sales myself for a long time before changing careers, and trust me... he's one of the best from a customer perspective. I'll come back to this location to specifically shop with him, and refer my other friends (also with new home purchases) directly to Dean. I felt absolutely zero pressure and I felt comfortable to take my time and really explore the showroom and shop.

When walked-in the store I felt warmth. The staff was extremely friendly. The person who aide in my purchase addressed me with a smile, gave me her name and advised me if I needed addition help feel free to see her over in another area. She didn't want to crowd my space making feel like I'm pressure. Well, after walking the areas I found what I was looking for so I had one of my daughters to go and bring her back because I was ready to discuss my finding. She came with a beautiful smile, walked the areas and had other items ready she felt I may like. She paid attention to our conversation when I walked in. She wasn't trying to push a purchase however, just to do business. Ms. Athena Hodge customer services was phenomenal.

I walked in my Fayetteville GA store just to take a peek at some chairs I had seen on the website. A salesperson named Cat asked me some general questions but I was truly in a hurry. I ended up confirming my selection and she emailed me an invoice so I could pay online at home. Cat was a excellent salesperson - typically I sleep on a large purchase decision but I’m actually glad we got it done in just a couple hours.

I've just moved from Naples, FL to Fayetteville, GA. We are in a transition period, renting a location to live in until construction of our home has been completed. We sold our Naples home with all the furnishings, so will be needing to completely furnish our new home.
We visited your store about 2 weeks ago and no one offered any help. However, we decided to re-visit the same store location and this time the service was excellent. The sales associate, Athena, was extremely helpful, patient and offered several choices for the furniture we are considering to purchase. She stayed with us approximately 2 hrs, and was able to handle several customers during this same period without any annoyance to either.

Mr OJ has been an absolute pleasure to work with - my sister recommended him based on her prior experience. If Haverty’s ever has anything we want, we will seek out Mr OJ to make it happen. Thanks, also, to Ms Cheryl for her designing expertise.

Salesperson, Sarah and store manager, John were amazing. Sarah helped me without pushing or telling me what I wanted was impossible. She suggested I talk to the manager who searched online for my table in scratch and dent and he found the perfect match touched up to look perfect and in my budget. I loved the store and the sales staff as soon as I walked in! OJ was very helpful but also just let me browse around. When I went back the next day with my husband we asked for him, and he and Cheryl answered all our questions and helped us with our purchases. I would highly recommend this store!!
