Publix Pharmacy at Boynton Ridge Plaza

I think Boynton Ridge is an incredible pharmacy. I have been going there for several months and am so happy that Publix became my preferred pharmacy on my insurance plan. Everyone has been extremely helpful. The pharmacists have always taken the time to answer my questions whether in person or on phone. One pharmacist came out to help me find something in an Aisle. I highly recommend them.

Every contact I have had with this pharmacy has been very positive. Everyone has been so nice. At my recent drive-up pickup, the young man who waited on me was so helpful and so considerate. He helped me save over $300.00 on one prescription that I had paid over $400 for at my previous pharmacy. I left quite happy and heartily recommend them.

The pharmacy employee today (as several times previously Especially Kayla!!!!!) was wonderful! So pleasant and friendly and was able to get my prescription filled immediately. Thankful for kind, friendly faces, and people that are not only willing, but eager to help! Thank you!!!

So thankful we finally have a publix pharmacy in our neighborhood! I stopped by today to pick up a prescription and needed a little more advice, and as always the level of expertise and excellent customer care was outstanding!

Always very busy, but still get my prescriptions filled timely and with friendly service.

I've used them since they opened the Battlefield Parkway store. Good service everytime.

Kayla is great! The rest I’m not sure they seem to not be crazy about their jobs and not have it together. They’re out of meds a lot. They don’t call you back or you don’t know when RX is ready. Not great customer service.

I'm only giving 3 ⭐ due to the fact those I've spoken to have been nice. My Dr called in 2 scripts for antibiotics on Thursday afternoon. When I called to verify that it was ready they stated they had to call my Dr back due to an issue with the dosing. When I didn't hear back from them I called my Dr an hour and half later. He called them back immediately & they told him I was sitting in the drive thru. I wasnt....I hadn't even been there but called!! Then he had to call another antibiotic in due to 1 of the others I'm allergic to. He called it in on Saturday & they never text me to let me know after both my husband & myself give them my # to let me know when it was ready. I couldn't take either one separately so I had to have them together. Now, today is Sunday & I had to call them again to be told it was ready yesterday. Great job at letting the customer know when meds are ready. Normally, I wouldn't be upset but I needed these antibiotics asap. Then we have also encountered issues with my grandsons adhd medications. Either they don't have what's needed, we have to wait days and have waited up to a week. As anyone with adhd children know. They need those meds asap too as if they miss doses that can hurt them! There have been times also, they don't text us to let us know it's ready. 🤦‍♀
I'm not sure if the Pharmacy is a separate entity from Publix but if not. Publix....on behalf of everyone that needs their meds asap! Please....do better!!

They dont fill prescriptions in a timely matter.i have called a day ahead and when called to check say they need to.order or call the doctor to verify. Sometimes they tell you the prescription is ready and when you go to pick it up it's not available without giving you advance notice.Very disappointed. Today they helped me with a prescription and service was alot better.

I only use the pharmacy. Too expensive shopping wise

Horrible service. I have had nothing but problems here. I can confirm all the bad reviews here. They don't help you.

I called on Friday I have my father's prescription transferred over. the pharmacist said it will take 24 hours and it would be available on Saturday. Called Saturday took an hour and a half to get someone on the phone. Following someone picked up and said they haven't had time to get it transferred over. So I was lied to get me off the phone on Friday apparently. Called this morning Sunday they said they haven't called him to get it transferred it could be Tuesday. During all this playing the blame game my 81 year old father we just had a stroke and a heart attack is out of his prescription. Whoever is running the pharmacy at Publix needs to take their employees to a class to teach customer service.

Several times I've had day definent meds called in 3 days in advance of the day to pickup. They never fill on the day unless you call to remind. I have ungodly chronic pain and you ask them they want fill on purpose. Now the excuse is gotta give flu shots. About had enough. Going to have to move my prescripts.

I requested refill of Losartan 50 mg tablets yesterday for my mother via automatic refill service.
Losartan is a very common generic medication used bay many for treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This is essential medication for may people.
When I came today at the time indicated by refill service I was told that this medication is not available. I was not offered any more information, including information when or if it will be available at all.

this is the worse pharmacy I have ever seen, they are too busy to fill your order, too busy to answer the phone, rudest bunch I have ever dealt with. I will never use this pharmacy again. They all need to be fired.

The people behind the counter at the pharmacy always are to busy and don’t have time and seam almost rude
