Upgraded my phone today in store and typically would dread going into Verizon to wait in line and for the transfer process but was pleasantly surprised to be helped quickly by Dakota. She was very helpful, fun and friendly.

I Love Verizon service. But at the store's you are like just a number waiting to be served. And as soon as they are done with you. And you remember that you had one more question. You have a grab another number.

Allison the manager was very knowledgeable and worked hard on making sure I was getting the best deal for my new phone. I walked in with a problem and she efficiently solved it with the most adorable way possible!

Chris/Christopher at the Fort Oglethorpe Verizon Store was a major help. Wasn't in a rush, made sure we were happy, very thorough, etc. Our experience with him was awesome and we were very pleased! Thank you for your time Chris!

Trenton is the first Verizon employee that I have ever dealt with that kept me happy the whole time.. He was quick, informative, and super friendly. Rick was also extremely nice. One million points for this being the first great Verizon experience I have had in the 10 plus years I've been a customer.

Though they didn't have what I went in there for, the employees were helpful and kind.

Kota was an amazing help. She got my address updated, removed extra charges that I didn't know was on my bill, and showed me a few phone upgrades to get my wife a better phone than the slow one she has. The other representatives were also respectful, and quick to assist all clients coming through the door. This will be the store I visit from now on.

This particular store is my favorite to frequent. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They never pressure you into buying and always take the time to explain everything and answer all of your questions.

The store personnel were great! Dylan went above expectations to straighten out a major problem with Bill. The problem was converting my husband’s business phone to my personal account when he retired. Thank you all for understanding and helping us old people.

On my numerous occasions to visit this store, I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I went in looking for a keyboard for a tablet today, and while they didn't have it in stock, they did order me one and it should arrive in 2 days.

Customer service was great today. Even with tons of people in the process of waiting to get called the staff handled it very well. Kisan Patel was GREAT and helped with everything we needed. He explained every single thing so we could understand it. We have never experienced greater service from anyone else!!

Had a problem 3 different times..same problem. Nobody would show me, how to fix it. Understand I'm 65 yrs old, not to Smart when it comes to phones. However, this last time, this young man, fixed the phone, took time to show how, next time it happens, how to fix it. Very impressed

Was in the area and was having trouble getting my email to show up on my phone. Hāli was available and was very knowledgeable assisting with recovering my emails. Chance (not sure about spelling) was also there to help also. Very friendly atmosphere and two very helpful individuals. Will be going back to do my business here from now own,

There was a team member name is Chris, he was very patient at all my situation with Verizon account issue. Pleasant to going back there whenever I need to go for Verizon service.

Ashley is the BEST thing that has ever happened to this store! I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and have worked with Ashley for half that time. I followed her to the Fort O store from Gunbarrel because she’s that great. Amazing customer service and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She will turn your experience around! 10/10

Chris handled our upgrade process wonderfully. The process was straight forward. He helped us run the numbers as we tried to make the best financial decision. We left thinking we were missing something. We realized all we missed was the dizzying exhaustion that use to come with each new phone purchase. Looking forward to powering on our new devices.

Great service & support from Hali & Kisan at Verizon Fort Oglethorpe. After we purchased a new phone all our questions were answered patiently. We are so pleased that we decided to upgrade and as an older couple thank you for making sure we were satisfied and confident with our purchase.

Lauren and her team are fantastic! They are eager to listen to your needs and provide you with options. High quality accessories were comparable in price to online sites. I would encourage anyone in the area to stop in.
